I waited almost 30 minutes while the lady talked/text on her phone and helped other incoming customers at this convenience store. I had already rented 2 previous Uhauls this week while moving so I was familiar with the process and asked if I needed to check in on my phone. She said I did not. After waiting another 20 mins, she quoted me a price that was $30 over what I ended up paying. I told her that was incorrect and she then said to check in on my phone. After completing that in 3 mins, I was handed the key. The vehicle was parked around the back of the convenience store, in an unsafe area, very close to other Uhauls, rendering it difficult to drive in and out. I returned the vehicle within 6.5 hours and was told to park in the back. I told a male employee it was dark in the rear, I felt unsafe and there was no lighting. His reply was that there were cameras and he couldn’t go back there with me.
I would never rent or recommend a Uhaul from this location again.

Terrible service. Rude and Lied about the deposit. Usual does not charge a deposit unless you are paying with cash is what I was told at the eagles landing location (a corporate owned location) so they lied. The place looked disgusting and had people just loitering there. It was terrible. The owner was extremely rude and didn’t care about customer service on any levels

Went to pick up my rental at 8 am. Remote check out wasn't work. Went to the truck, notices it is running with a man sleeping in the cap with what appeared to be an open beer can. He eventually gets out on his own will and walks around to the other side of the building. We go to the front of the store(gas station) to speak with someone and learn that this man works at the gas station of the rental pick up and drop off location. Truck reeks of cigarettes and other smells. All of this put me an hour and a half behind schedule for moving. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE.

Never again. Reservation at 8. She was on the phone the entire time, taking ither customers, and every time I asked what was taking so long it was because she starts the paperwork when I show up. I filled out the application completely but she still had to take a picture of my Id. I had the Uhaul for 30 mins to an hour, which surprised her. I never signed anything, which was my mistake in hindsight. I called hours later to be told she never checked the vehicle in so I was still being charged! Thank goodness I took photos!! Horrible customer service.

Rented a truck from there and the inside had an old Candy bar on the dash with ants crawling all over ..it was dirty and they gave me the truck with less than a half of tank.... I wouldn't accept it but I sent my son to pick it up because I was at work , then when I return the truck they did t even want to come outside to see what I was complaining about ... horrible customer service

Uhaul use to be the number one place I would use for my moving needs, not again. I am two and done. These mom and pop places that they utilize does not have the Uhaul customer mindset therefore I choose Penske going forward.

Nastiness does not describe what this uhaul looked like, I don't usually get my weekly uhaul from here, I go to Avalon.Ramp gets stuck when trying to put it away, no blankets no hand cart not even a bracket for the hand cart. Then lady asked me to go take a photo of the mileage and gas so she could take a photo of my phone. No paper receipts, put my credit card number into the workers personal cell phone. NEVER AGAIN.

The truck wasn’t clean upon pickup, charged me for an extra day because it took me some time to find a place to properly park the unit, charged a $25 cleaning fee for the truck that was already dirty, and refuse to contact me about the rental. U-Haul Corporate said this location had three days to contact me, and they never did. The owner will tell you to park the truck behind the Chevron gas station, but it will be impossible to do so because there will be trucks blocking the rear and the sides of the store. Save yourself time and money, and go to another location.

Truck was not clean. Gas was less than 1/4 tank. No moving blankets available at this location. I had to go to another location for blankets.
