I used your website to make an appointment. Your website offered a 10% discount on the repair. But when I arrived at the local store, your representative informed me that the 10% discount is only good at corporate stores, not franchise stores. That sounds like bait and switch to me, therefore, I did not use your repair service.

Dropped my sons Xbox off around 11 am Friday Jan 2, 2026 hdmi port went out told me it would take a few days being the weekend that it would be ready no later than wed Jan 7 got a call the next day around 4:30 pm sat Jan 3 that it was ready for pick up works great graphics are great! This is the second time I’ve used them each time I’ve been impressed with their work! Prices seemed hi at first but looked up parts myself and honestly it’s very reasonable and cheaper than buying a new or used one!
