During check out, I noticed the laser automation knife sharpener displaying "try for free." Being that I cary a knife everywhere I go, I thought it's "free" let's give it a shot. Only to find out it would cost $6.99. But after plainly discussing with "Ms. Attitude who repeatedly told me "I'm not playing that game" in refrence to my objective opinion to being free.... I did not have to purchase the sharpening service. Keep mind, the knife is now duller than it was before said service. Automation did not win due to poor calibration. Machine very jumpy each time it came in contact with the blade. Do not recommend the laser guided automatic sharpener at then entry/check out door.

First time at this store. Very Great experience. Came here for "Snow supplies" and was not disappointed. Was greeted with a genuinely warm greeting. This store had exactly what I needed. High five and warm hugs to the staff at this location.

Normal DIY needs for this visit- stopped at cashier station to ask where to locate… surprised that cashier, with confidence, said “check right side of aisle 16” - she was spot on! Versus similar experience at the area big box stores where ya can’t find anyone to ask, those that you can locate have no idea about merch or inventory

this location would not return a simple $17.00 item that was purchased the prior day at a different location 60 miles away. I had receipt, product was in original condition but they said location matters to them. NO REFUND TO ME. UnHappy Customer, and shocked since i live around the corner and patron the store frequently but no more. doesnt make since over $17

They offer key cutting but what they don't tell you is that no one is trained to cut them so don't waste your time like I did!

I recently visited ACE Hardware/Union Grove looking for a fixer for a problem project. The first gentlemen I spoke with states he didn't think he had anything to assist me, then John happened by at that moment and inquired about my project. John "made it happen"... He offered me a fixer and when I went home and tried it, it worked perfectly. Thank you to John, for extending his service to resolve my issue. Thank you to the first person because now you know that something unconventional can be the answer to a simple problem and you can assist customers further and lastly, thank you to Olivia the cashier who shared in my happiness to have a solution. great customer service all around.

The best service and products period. I always find what I need at ACE hardware. This place was crazy helpful. Love it Home Depot had a few lower prices, but they also had different brand machines and these brands are better here.
