Great place to deliver. Had a 7am appointment,got there at 6.00am and was allocated a dock immediately. This was 10/17/2025 when I got one wonderful Mr Carter at the security gate who walked me through everything in the most professional manner. Thanks Mr Carter. Blessings 🙏

Showed up a shade early. Few hours at most. Supposed to have been a drop and hook but not the case of course. I didn’t even see my carriers empty trailer so no worries. Friendly guard. He says what door to get into and check in to the left of door 16. They’ll call when you’re loaded. Very thorough lady giving outbound BOL. I appreciate it. I didn’t have enough time to eat lunch and take a nap. Just lunch and rolling!

Excellent experience here!!! Appointment 2:30 pm arrived 2:32 :0 check-in process is really easy, the security guy so helpful and he knows what he's doing. Be ready with your 5 number pick up, and everything is going well. They gave a door immediately. When I was going to open my doors, the warehouse guy was helping me to open my doors. Thank you!! He was so nice and helpful also. Move my tandems, back in, and they are already loading my trailer. So good place. All the warehouses need to work like these people.

The lady in the booth was to the point. Was put in a door right away. Loaded real fast. The shipping lady at the office was awesome.
They have a drivers area to sit and do paperwork if need be. Would come back again.

My experience at this warehouse was mostly excellent—everything was quick and efficient, and the ladies at shipping were very professional and had a great attitude. However, the security guard was extremely rude and unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, he seemed irritated and treated people with unnecessary arrogance. It’s a shame because the rest of the staff does a great job. I hope management takes action to improve the attitude of their security personnel.

The lady in shipping office has great and polite conversation and three star only for her dealing. The guard is potty mouth and have very bad dealing. He is sitting there like king and thinks drivers are their slaves. I just ask him to confirm my door number and replied very rudely and said ‘is he speaking different language’. 99% US cold storage employees are very good and I am dealing with them last 13 years of my trucking. It’s my humble request to management please give him another chair in the facility but not public dealing.
