This store beats customer service when compared to the one on Hwy 81. Never did they ever asked me to call the NY UPS store. They knew exactly what to do. Been going to this location since I moved here 3 yrs ago. The store on Hwy 81 was closer. I always say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it nor change it. Words I need to live by. My bad. Thanks Shaunniya for assisting me. Even though you’re fairly new. At least you knew more than the place on Hwy 81. Maybe they should train you to be the manager at Hwy 81.

Quick and easy service, I went in, they scanned all 3 packages and was out within 2 minutes. They took the USPS packages too!

After shopping at Kroger, I found a flyer stuck to my windshield for the UPS store. That’s not cool, just leaving trash on people’s personal vehicles. What could you really gain from littering on people’s cars? Also everytime I come in the UPS store, the employees just stare at me, no greeting. They’re very rude, and clearly treat customers like garbage. Keep your litter to yourself.

Here’s a first, If I would give a negative star If I could. I called and asked a simple question during business hours regarding getting a mailbox. And was advised very rudely that the store is closed and then the man on the line hung up. Now typically the business hours on google gives the right hours and even states hours differ on holiday. It’s not a holiday today. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service provided. Bad vibes. Not worth it, and will be taking my money else where.

Normally it's not a bad place but my dealing with whom I assume is the owner made me want to take my business elsewhere. I had a package accidentally (shipper mistake) delivered there instead of my house (1/4 mile away). He charged me a "storage" fee even though I picked it up within an hour. $10 on top of the $400 already spent. Not only that but he double charged me so I had to go back and get a refund for the 1. I paid the "storage" fee so he wouldn't hold my package hostage. I called corporate when I got home and UPS does not have a "storage" fee nor can they do anything about this situation. This UPS store is a franchise so he can do whatever he wants and take advantage of people however he wants. In this case he's found a way of almost stealing more money out of customers. Be careful of this guy's business practices. He's a thief!
