$24 for a medium size box. If you are charging customer $24 for a $7 max item have the decency to communicate that before the purchase. Just bad business practice,and I wouldn't recommend this UPS location.

170 bucks for next day on a box that is 10x8x6 and 1 lb, and 80 bucks for 3 day (with no guarantee) I went to USPS for 16+ tax bucks and used a standard priority box and it was sent with insurance as well. Unreal that UPS prices have gone up so much and also unreal that franchises in other locations don't charge nearly as much. I think it's just this particular location that is inflating their prices. Not sure why UPS has been gouging lately especially in remote areas. I guess they think they will find a sucker ever minute to send an item for almost 80 dollars, when it used to cost 12-14 a while back.

Tonight I needed to ship a package to my daughter but Angie was just about to lock up the shop. She told me she is not able to do it but decided to help me out last minute. She was amazing and really is a gem. she deserves BIg kudos!!!!

The employees are always so kind and friendly! Very professional and try to get you checked out as fast as possible! The manager Tiffany treats me like family, she’s so sweet and always has a smile on her face! She asks about my family and it makes me feel welcome!

Great staff at this location. It seems like I come every week to return something through Amazon....each team member is always very helpful and pleasant. Sometimes there is a long line, especially around holidays which is to be expected, however I have never waited more than a few minutes.
