Velox Insurance is my car and home insurance company and I’d have it no other way. The customer service from Gil and his staff is amazing. They are always researching and working above and beyond to improve the client experience. Gil is always willing to do his best to assist my needs. The entire staff is very professional and efficient at what they do! Highly recommend.

Well , I was trying to get a quote (McDonough,Ga.)for car insurance and the lady on the phone was a pushy and it seemed like she in a hurry to hang up trying to to (force you to take it or leave attitude) ! And didn't want to answer any questions about stuff , really kinda rude! Not even sure they deserve a star or customers!

I can’t be more satisfied I’ve been insured with multiple insurance companies, and I must say working with Gil at Velox insurance has been the best. I don't think I’d get insurance anywhere else. Customer service is great and they make you feel like family I 100% recommend Velox Insurance to family and friends! Make sure to ask for Gil!

Been with them sense 2021 always help me they closed the office in my town but the next town away there always there to help me they get me the best deals and are willing to change your car insurance to another company they work with to better help you good customer service as well I will always use them

Recently needed insurance. Gil was very patient, assuring and informative while providing outstanding customer service for us. I was very satisfied with how he took his time to explain everything that I asked or needed clarification on. As well as offered ways to give us the best rate possible. He even followed up with phone calls to ensure we didn’t have any lingering concerns.
