Stay away from.this branch. Incredibly inefficient and unhelpful. Today they were unwilling to open the small UPS box containing glasses to see if mine were in. No skin off their backs if i have to take time off work to come back for the 3rd time ... I already waited 2 hours to pick up.the original.pairs only to find out they were incorrectly made. One of remakes came in so I picked it up as i had a day off. Insane that they are making me make another trip ( plus waiting in line) to pick up.the second pair as it was too inconvenient for them.to open the box.. ARGH!

This place is awful! The customer service is almost non-existent, and the overall service is very poor. They have a terrible lack of communication, making it a horrible choice for eye care and glasses. They didn't deliver my glasses as promised; first, they claimed they lost them, then they reordered, and later said they were ready for pickup. However, when I went to get them, they were too busy to give them to me. I waited for 45 minutes but still couldn't get my glasses because they were too busy. I had to leave without them as I had a flight out of the country. I will never go back there again! It's the worst place ever!

I came to get lenses put in frames I already had. Granted, it was the end of the day but one of my pet peeves is an establishment closing early. I arrived at 650pm, as they close at 7pm. There were customers inside but the doors were locked. I waited until an employee opened the door. She shared that I could not be seen because the doctor was not present. I've been to Visionworks many times on a day when the doctor wasn't present and was fully helped. I won't be back to this location. If you choose to go, be warned to come well before closing. You may or may not get an excuse on why you can't be served.

My husband and were just in a minor accident. I suffered an impact to my brow bone resulting in a deep gash and my glasses were smashed. We are on our way to the Keys. On a hope and a prayer we went to Visionworks hoping they could fix my smashed glasses so I can see. Jasif was kind enough to try and he was miraculously successful. I can at least see and wear these glasses until we get to the Keys. I am so grateful to Jasif for his expertise that saved us from further difficulties as we travel. He was kind and helpful and gracious.

Your robotic customer service is one of the worst I have seen. The application repeatedly ask for the same information. Today I called, the office is open and the application states that the office is closed. If you're going to use a robotic application, do it right. To assume that because I have a California number that I am calling from California is ridiculous. No one changes their phone number anymore when they move. The app will not allow me to speak to the office until 7am PST time, 10am EST.

I live in Stone Mountain area but love the service I receive from the Stockbridge location. The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor makes you feel like you matter!!! Service is outstanding! I love my VisionWorks location. See y’all next year 2024 for my annual visit.

My experience at Visionworks was pleasant. You walk in and you’re instantly greeted (a plus) The whole process was fairly quick but still making sure you get the best of what you need. I didn’t feel rushed, went through the process feeling I mattered. I will be going back for my eye care needs.

I will admit I've not had the best experiences in the past with optometrist office. This Visionworks location has changed that. The staff is amazing. The optometrist was so patient with my son and daughter. Tousif is so amazing and helpful. He is incredibly kind and patient.Most optometrist offices I've gone to over the decades are not patient with autistic people. This Visionworks location is the first where I felt my kids and I were heard and respected.
