Idk what the old black lady with the bad weave problem is but she never greets me or speaks to me when I check out. She can go somewhere else and be rude because next time I'm going to report her to the manager. If you feel some type of way about me that's a you problem. But to not speak and that's your job is ridiculous.

Nikkia in the pharmacy was excellent. Her customer service was exceptional. She was extremely patient with my situation, I was navigating for a family member. She deserves a reward and recognition by the organization for her service.

They told me my photos would be ready on the 26th. I come back on the 26th i was told they'd be ready on the 28th. Then i come back on the 28th, & they still aren't ready. At this point if you lost the photos then just say that.

I scheduled an appointment for 930 flu shot and 945 covid test. I arrived at 920 to check in and the pharmacy representative expressed that I have to wait for a tech. Ok cool, I step back and take a seat. 930 pass, 945 pass and still nothing. Someone walks in after me saying they are here for flu as well, a different rep goes into the system to check him in I assume and I'm thinking well why didn't the other last check me in. Confused and mad at this point. Everytime I come in here the customer service is always horrible and I'm sick of it. Yall need to do better.

I actually read the comments and they are all true. This Walgreens is absolutely terrible. The customer service is awful. The poor body language and attitudes when you're sick and trying to pick up a prescription is insane.

Pharmacy customer service is horrible. I tried calling was waiting for 10 minutes, Decided to drive up and im the only person in line and has been waiting 6 minutes and no one has not acknowledged me. I've seen several people come by the wind

as a score this Walgreens Pharmacy would get that score for sure. Most of the Techs are rude, unprofessional and have no empathy. I’ve only experienced 1 Tech that was kind, courteous, professional and very pleasant and that was MAGGIE. I was so surprised at the way the Pharmacist, (I did get her name, but won’t mention it here. I’ll save that for my letter to corporate), customers. She has no personality and is very nonchalantly and rude. I’m even more surprised that a big name such as Walgreens would allow that type of treatment to customers who at the time could be experiencing anything medically speaking.

Either provide customer service training to pharmacy staff or have them stock shelves.
