Janyala just made me a CVS customer! She made eye contact with me as I walked by carrying a big box to the photo counter to ship & as I stood there for 5 min waiting. When I asked if she could get someone to help me (the help button had a sticker on it or I would've pressed it) She rolled her eyes and huffed as she stood up, didn't say anything scanned the box and then asked number.... I assumed phone number. I said I hoped she had a good day and if looks could kill!!! I understand people have bad days and you never know what someone is going through but WOW!!! If you are having to be at work at least try not to be mean to people. Between her and the night time shift I'm not coming back. They have day time and night time covered in the world's worst customer service!!!!

Have been a Walgreens pharmacy customer for about one year and, during that time, I have experienced. only 1-2 problems. Resolved promptly and professionally. If the drive-thru has a lot of cars waiting, I simply park and walk in. This pharmacy does not warrant low marks.

Poor excuse of a pharmacy. Every single time I have to pick up my prescription it is wrong. I am supposed to get three months worth and they give me one causing me to have to go through a whole thing with my insurance. I’m over it.

Inarrived at Walgreens at closing time to pick up a much needed prescription for my husband. Initially the Pharmacist stated that it would not be available until tomorrow because the prescription was sent from the Urgent Care Clinic too late. I explained the situation and she filled it immediately. Thank you for going above and beyond!

I'm not sure what the pharmacist's name who I spoke to was, but she had black braids, black glasses, and a '555' necklace. She was so so sweet and helpful. She took the time to help me figure out what was going on with my insurance and even called them for me! I was there for maybe 30ish minutes and she was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Need more like her in the health care industry. Thanks again so much if you're reading this.

My son has been to this clinic now on 3 different occasions, since Thanksgiving week. We've already paid 2 co-pays to the SAME doctor for the SAME strep. Today go back, & the doctor tells him she can't do anything for him, he needs to go to urgent care. Then trys to swab him anyway so she can get paid her copay! I'm sorry, BUT we WILL NOT pay you a 3rd time for something, you ALREADY stated you could not treat! SHAME ON YOU for trying to take advantage of a young man!!! We will NOT be back! Second Piedmont Dr to lose our business!!!!!

Had appt for new COVID vaccine SpikeVax. Nurse was excellent.Waiting area outside in pharmacy area was very dirty. Food under chairs. Bathrooms were awful . Please clean your pharmacy and store please.

Left the hospital with my son. Went through the pharmacy drive thru for convenience because my son was in a wheelchair. They were out of the medication but would not check with another Walgreens to see if it was available. Went to Publix and there was no problem. They found the medication for me and was a big help. Publix is a way better option than this place.

Will never come to this Walgreens Pharmacy again. Got there promptly at 9am today 9/9, Staff were 15 minutes late. Was first in line, told prescription eoukdnt be ready til 10. Came back at 10 was told 11, then asked to have it transfered to CVS but Walgreens was too busy to answer CVSs phone and sure went to lunch on time.Here I am, at 3pm, STILL without my sons antibiotics for strep throat, waiting on Walgreens to answer the phone and transfer it elsewhere. Manager Michelle, there is no way this shouldn't have been handled sooner and in a more professional manner.

I’ve been using this Walgreens for the last 6 years and it has steadily gone down hill. Took 2 weeks to get a prescription filled. I get the automated phone call its ready. I go and try to pick it up 3 times in one day and still don’t have my prescription. I will be getting my prescriptions at Moyes from now on. The line is always wrapped around the building and customer service is non existent.

I placed a small order with them using same day delivery but the order never arrived. When I called the store, the woman who answered said they didn’t have anyone to deliver.I figured they were probably just short staffed and asked her if it would be arriving tomorrow instead. Again she said they had no one to do delivery. Which is extremely odd since this is a service they offer and that I had paid for.At this point, I was confused and asked her if that meant there was no one to deliver today or ever? She just repeated they have no one to deliver and said she’d cancel the order.I was shocked. And I’m very surprised to see from the huge number of one star reviews on here that this seems to be an ongoing pattern.

Horrible customer service and not efficient with handling of medications. I got in the drive-thru line for a prescription pickup (sick and sleeping infant in the car). I was the fourth in line. After about a 20 minute wait it took only seconds for them to tell me the prescription had only just come through from the doctor and the medication would be ready in about 30 minutes. After I drove off, I realized my baby has never had a prescription filled. Why didn’t they collect my insurance information? That lends to my return for pickup. I returned 3 hours later to first be told how much the medications would cost (out of pocket). Once I informed them I had insurance, they THEN began to process and prepare the medications. That becomes another 10 minute wait. INEFFICIENCY AT ITS BEST

I have both BCBS and Kaiser coverage and yet covid tests were gonna cost over $100 per test. Yea this def a third world pharmacy. Piedmont clinics work better and more efficiently as well as walmart pharmacy. I'll applaud you if you still go here..Such a busy area but this place I barely see this place with customers. Guess the rumors are still true about this store.

There is a Walgreens on what feels like multiple corners of the main areas of HCO I have been to all of them. This one is always clean and Reggie is always very kind and customer service oriented. It’s my go to store in the area
