i went in to fill a prescription , and the African lady at the pharmacy was VERY rude with a nasty attitude ; do no recommend next time i'll be going to another location after a car accident & being in the pain i'm in , nasty , bad service is THE last thing i want to deal with where i'm spending my money .

Worst pharmacy in Henry County!! You wait 30 minutes to Drop a prescription off. Then u wait another 30 minutes and more to pickup. You try to call and they don't answer either. That have given me other peoples medicine as well.

A nurse called in a prescription with 17 minutes until they closed for an elderly patient who dearly needed antibiotics. The pharmacist replied in a nasty manner, hands and arms waving about, that they would "work" until the pharmacy closed. After turning my back they began closing the gate. Keep in mind I was not abruptly rude towards the pharmacy staff. 17 minutes before the pharmacy closed is long enough to fill two prescription. The pharmacist is not concerned at all about his patients. Absolutely revolting.

We came to get our scheduled second Covid dose and waited in the line, had them check our ids and cards. We filled out forms and 20 minutes later they told me they don't have enough shots. Not only did they waste our time but they could've said that when we first came in instead of making us wait all that time, then after asking them to help us get another store that has the vaccine they made us wait an additional 20 minutes to make an appointment at another facility. It's ridiculous that you can have a scheduled appointment but not order enough vaccines to handle your appointments. Worst experience at a Walgreens I've ever had. Where is the customer service?

Terrible terrible terrible service. Do not use them to fill a prescription. They do not care about you...Go to Kroger across the street. You are likely to die before they have your prescription ready and their attitude is basically "oh well"....if I could give 0 stars I would....and I'm definitely not one to leave a bad review, so take that as you will.

Just horrible don't ever goes her to get your medication either they don't have the medication ior it a long wait I'm saving you time effort and money trust your better off going somewhere else don't wasyyour time here I come here all The time and this always happened so I'mFed up with then never coming back to get Medication here.

This store is horrible. They never have enough cashiers, everyone seems lazy, always outside taking a smoke break, and if you're here for photo you can FORGET it. The order is never ready or they can never find it. Shut the whole place down!!!!!

REALLY liked this place and can be OK depending on insurance. Been going to Kroger for years and they could not refill one script.. something to do with a shortage. I had to get new insurance and one drug went to $80 for a one month supply. Did my homework and looked at Good Rx and got a 3 month supply at Kroger for $40. Also Kroger has a "club" which costs $36/year for single or $72 for family and even cheaper.Called Walgreen's complained. Was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Shame on you. Most of their people at this location are really nice and helpful. This corporate greed is truly amazing. Beware Walgreen's and do your homework.

Vanessa Persaud was very helpful! she's super nice and made my experience at Walgreens fantastic. Jordan, Jessica and Chris were all very helpful as well.... very nice people.
