Sine I have purchased several defective items or items with missing parts, whenever I make a return it has to go through the resolution department. This added step is time consuming because they are always late to respond and have nasty attitudes. Products are a hit or miss and they have poor customer service.

I ordered a mattress and box spring set from Wayfair. The price was very reasonable. The shipping was fast. The mattress was very comfortable, and it came with a zip up mattress cover. Very happy with the whole experience. Will buy from Wayfair again.

scam company , wayfair the take mee $1200 for damage stuff return , is 15 days i call evryday , i text evryday , no refund , no money back , isend all pick up video from video , all informations package delivered by fedex to wayfair , name who signe from wayfair agent , pictures evrything evrything , againe they mail mee sorry no refund , because no package .trust mee evrybothy , when you want ordre they give you all solutions and facilities , but when you have problem or you recieved damage stuff , You will find all the difficulties in communication, in solutions, and they will not believe you in any case. Earning money is the most important thing. about for customers, and quality services they do not care.Whoever wants to see everything and inquire can contact me and I will give you all the pictures and arguments showing evrything , Wayfair they scamed mee .

Delivery speed is horrible, adding to this, they canceled my last ordered after waiting for 10 days to be delivered, raised the item price and refused to refund the store credit i used for this order, will never buy from there again.

11/7/22: Wayfair with 3 failed delivery dates for a partial replacement order over last week. The last having a supposed "NO FAIL DELIVERY". Very little communication requiring the customer to track and follow-up. Lip service excuses without any solid action. The Home Delivery Manager not being able to provide expedited actionable relief —— Totally Unacceptable!!!!Update 11/8/22: Wayfair continues to provide only lip service. As a supposed valued client having spent $17k+ only to receive understanding and repeated apologies for “my frustration” having wasted days waiting for delivery after re-scheduling travel and appointments PLUS more hours on phone and social media to get satisfactory resolution which is not a FURTHER inconvenience to me....... Without a doubt Wayfair service has drastically declined in last 4 month. FRidiculously Unacceptable!
