I have some pieces from here and its convenient, unfortunately they did not carry the bracelet that I was looking for. The customer service slow. I sometimes end up taking the quick drive to kay because of it.

Thanks to Yolanda at the McDonough location for exceptional service. I only went in for a repair and walked out with a treat for myself. Wasn't sure I would be able to afford it but, she made it happen. Yolanda was attentive to my needs and stayed focused on me the whole time. Such a bad customer service experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. There was only one employee and a family waiting. I just had a simple question. Just unfortunate. I will no longer do business with this company.

Ordered online and was so happy with my choice. Only to be called and informed my ring was stolen by FedEx. I wasn’t mad as I said it can happen, but then they preceded to tell me my fiancés ring was no longer in stock. Someone was supposed to reach out from customer care per store to help me choose a replacement but no one ever did. I had to spend my weeks chasing down next steps and what they would do to rectify the situation. I spoke to a lady named charlotte who said she would comp me $175 for inconvenience. That prompted me to say screw it I’ll buy an even more expensive ring. That ring is ordered, sent out, engraved, and I was called saying it was ready for pickup. Now they are trying to say I was never promised $175 comp, what she was gonna actually comp me was $31 for inconvenience. As a customer that is a slap in the face for the company losing a ring my fiancé chose as his wedding ring, and weeks of going back and forth with customer specialist. I’m more pissed that I trusted this company and now have to scrabble as my wedding date is approaching shortly. I will NEVER do business with this store or recommend it to anyone. Also beware they don’t answer phone lines. You have to go inside for help. Nor do they keep their word. Worst decision ever!!!

Yes first time ever going to a jewelry store that actually put the time in and patience. And concern wit advices .
