You try to call to ask a question, they pick up the phone then hang it up...then take it off the hook so you can't call back.

Yesterday I went to Circle K to buyCigarettes around 5pm, at 745 I got a call from the fraud department from my bank, they said someone was trying to charge 85.46 on line with my card, now my card is locked and I have to wait for a new card, tried to call the store but the number on the web site is no good
