They suck! They expect you to make payments on something that doesn’t work no matter how much you call! My stove hasn’t been working since September and I put an order in on the 25th of September and I have yet to have someone look at my stove! I called CS and they put me on with the GM and then the store called me and told me to call the service tech but I can’t even get a hold of him!
