“Evidently, it is postal operating procedure for delivery person to lie and say that either the package was " refused" or "customer requested package be held at post office". Neither of which I did. I wouldn't even know who to call.
I have since edited my review because the PO is now delivering all packages in a timely manner. I do appreciate that they are doing this and we Thank you.”
