Bought a 2008 Tahoe from this place. First off. There wasn't any gas in the vehicle to take a decent test drive but I looked a seen what I could from the short trip for the test drive. Ok, I purchase the vehicle and within in 2 weeks when I drove it to Augusta which is about 2 hrs and 15 mins away, I had to add oil. 1 qt and a half. To it to my the chevy dealer and found I had a rear oil bearing leak. He said that you would not been able to tell unless you drove it long distance. Ms. Annette told me that she had drove it from Virginia and there was no problem with the vehicle. Anyway the mechanics told me that it would cost 700 dollars to fix. I called and text Ms. Annette and ask could we go half on the repair. NO ANSWER. They do not stand with you after the purchase. Now I have to get a lawyer to get repair fees because thank God my girlfriend recorded everyting that she said. She started recording with her phone from the time she came up to the time we let. The attorney looked at the phone recording and determine that since she stated that she had driven the vehicle from Virginia and the vehicle had no problems then she falsely misrepresented the vehicle. He talked to the mechanics and they informed him that there is no way she could have driven that particular vehicle from Virginia and not know it had problems. All that we wanted was half the bill paid. But not I may get a free vehicle for misrepresentation of sale. Alway record from top to finish so you can prove the sale. They get your money then you're on your own. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I have a pending suit. Don't get caught up with this problem.

I've know pooles car sales for years. They are honest people. Hard workers. Their knowledge of cars are far beyond the norms. If you want a good deal on a car or truck, go to pooles. They'll treat you like a new car dealer would treat you, dignity and pride.
