“I have never done a review on a store before but I felt that this Family Dollar location need to be recognized. I had to go locate the asst manager just to let her know I appreciate how great her store looked. I could walk down the aisle without tripping over boxes, the shelves were neat and in order. She was real appreciative and expressed that she comes in 2 hours early everyday to make sure it's at its best. I've been to every Family Dollar in Phenix City Al as a matter of fact I went to the one on 280 Bypass yesterday, I have been to the majority in Columbus Ga and I must admit they were all like I was walking through a junkyard. The regional manager need to have all other locations come to the Midland store for training. Again thank you for caring about your store.”
“This is the only Family Dollar I go to. Mrs Linda takes pride in the store and always greets you with a smile. She keeps it clean and it looks great after the recent renovations!”
“I enjoy just going there and browsing through the aisles. There's always a bargain to find or useful things. The only time aisles are cluttered is when they fill the shelves or have to stop in order to help at the register.”

“I am somewhat familiar with the layout of Cusseta Road Dollar General Store, which helped this particularly short visit. I was stopping in to pick up a couple of items for someone else, and the employees were very helpful and friendly when I needed their assistance. This is usually the case when I choose to shop in any Dollar General convenience store!”

“The manager with the short blonde afro is really cool she keeps the store very clean and organized and she also helped me when I was short at the register with my cash and I came back the same day to pay her but she didn't have to do that I like the store being kept clean and neat which is not an easy feat for a Dollar tree store and she gave great customer service God bless all of the employees there”

“This store is actually on the Southside of Columbus and it's huge very clean and organized. And the Manager and employees was so nice and helpful. She seen that I had on Georgia Bulldog apparel and let me know that they had Georgia merchandise available in the store. Looks wayy better than the store on my side of town.”
“Right next to Piggly Wiggly for the most part. Laundry detergent, dish soap, b day cards, hygiene products. Even cookies, chips and colas. Accepts debit, credit, and cash for payment.”
“We come here a lot as it's on our way to my daughter's dance class from school and we're usually rushing and picking up something quick we forgot. The ladies working have always been super nice and the store is well stocked. It would be helpful to have a self check out or second cashier as it usually gets busy for the one cashier.”

“Sometimes you just want to run in and run out and not have to go to busy Wal-Mart. Good experience here. The manager greeted me immediately as i walked in and the young lady cashier greeted me and even told a joke or two and was very prompt in serving me. They acted like they were happy to be at work.”

“This is a nice store. They have everything you need. I really like the 1.00 selection of items. I have noticed that a lot of Family Dollar stores carry similar items to Dollar Tree. I always stop at this store when I am in town visiting my mom. She has been a regular shopper at this store since they opened. The staff is always kind and treats you Ike family.. They always greet you and make you feel wanted. They seem to have a great manager at this store because it is clean and the products are stocked. I will be in town next month for my moms birthday I am sure she will take me to Family Dollar everyday lol it seems to meet all of her shopping needs and wants.. Family Dollar is becoming better and better every year they have grown a lot and I love the gadgets they also have. Picked me up an awesome light up Bluetooth speaker. I also shop at the Family Dollar in my town and look for great values and buys. I buy a lot of the frozen food that is a 1.00 down freezer section they have an awesome selection when it just a couple or a single person. I will shop at this Family Dollar and my mom will continue to be a faithful customer.. Thanks for being such a great store. There clearance isle is also a must shop area in Family Dollar store. Hope this review is helpful for anyone wanting to go to this store.”
