I did ultimately decide to part ways and bundle my insurance elsewhere, but even the cancellation process was quick, easygoing, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. We even shared a few quick moments of laughter, which made the experience feel that much more personable. Let me just say, Mrs. Stacy is amazing at what she does! Even though I went in a different direction for now, State Farm may very well have a customer again in the future because of the experience she provided.”
