About Lake Pines RV Park & Campground
Lake Pines RV Park & Campground is a family-owned, clean, and beautiful park on the edge of Columbus. It offers a safe, family-friendly environment in a rural atmosphere. The grounds are very clean and well-maintained, with many spaces featuring plenty of shade trees. The park is beautiful at night with all the lights. Amenities include a mile of walking trails, a catch-and-release pond, a swimming pool, a propane filling station, and a beautiful wedding and event center with a separate chapel, a stone gazebo, and cottage fitting areas. The location is fine and close to plenty of places to eat, as well as being less than 10 minutes from nearby conveniences like Walmart and Publix. The staff is very accommodating and inviting. The campsites are great, with a level gravel parking pad and a concrete pad with a picnic table, though spots are a little snug and there are no fire rings. While the park lists Wi-Fi hotspots, it does not offer Wi-Fi. It is a nice, clean park that is very much recommended for a stay.

Aside from the train and the firing ranges it's a nice quiet campground. It doesn't take long to get used to the trains though.

Large and spacious RV park. Easy to get in and out of. Will return again for sure!

We stayed at Lake Pines overnight was just passing thru. The RV park is beautiful during the night with all the lights. Campsite was great and the map gave us great information. The staff were very accommodating. We will stay here again if in the area.
