“Good customer service. Good location within a neighborhood, walking distance to and from lakebottom park.The cashier is always nice and friendly. The cashier also assist with questions I may have about the live plants they sale. Plants which are indoor plants and are so beautiful. “Neat little spot. If you stop in, do yourself a favor and try their [almost] world famous Scramble Dog! They say they close at 6pm, but the cook was almost packed up by 5:30p and out the door at 5:40p and we could no longer get service. This place likes to be locking the doors at 6p and not serving customers UNTIL 6p...my only gripe. -1 star for not holding true to hours. Get there early enough and this isn't a problem.”

“Well let me start by saying they always are positive and polite , and if you can't make it to them they come to you. I am not sure if there is anyone big chain pharmacy that offer that but they do. I have never had a bad experience with the crew . They give plenty of notice when they are going to close for holidays. So if you need you prescription . They are human and also have families that love to see them too. So they have never let me down. I write about all my good or bad experience . Customers service is a must . They have that.”

“We love Sam's Club and would choose it over and over again over Costco. This location never disappoints. They have a great selection and are always well stocked for holidays. The meat is fresh and so are the deli items. Things can be low in stock/inventory especially on the weekend. The lines can also be extremely long. Checking out on the app is so simple and it makes getting in and out quick! The workers at the door can be a bit grumpy dealing with everyone leaving, but other than that this location is pretty good!”

“This is only for the pictures but the customer service was amazing. I printed something like 60 pictures today. And the young lady behind the counter was super helpful. She legit felt bad I had to wait for 15 minutes. This was fine, I had plenty of time. My daughter got this cool picture holder for her birthday. So I decided that we FINALLY need to print some pictures plus there were some I wanted in my office. Off to Walgreens. They make it so easy. Print them and make a mug or a magnet. Very cool and very fair price!”

First off, when I walked in EVERY WORKER was busy doing something (whether it being filling scripts, answering calls, drive thru, cashing guests out etc) and they still delivered great customer service. I was cashed out by Kayla and Jasaline and they were as sweet as could be. I use GoodRX app, so Jas was helping her out with it. They didn’t make me feel bad about somewhat holding the line up so they could help me save money. Great ladies!”

“I've been working here for about 7 months now and I absolutely love it. It's a black owned business and I have a great time at work. I love working with the owner Mrs Okeke (which is the Pharmacist) and Mrs Mrs Wendy ( which is the Pharmacy Tech). Its a fast pace job but I've learned so much and time goes so fast. I absolutely love doing delivery, which is done in the company's car. Midtown Pharmacy is your ideal mom and pop store. You can get a variety of items in the store including your medications, household products,snacks and beverages! Every retail has its ups and downs but I love it here. Its rude customers and it's a lot of great customers too!”

“I needed a pharmacy on Memorial Day after an unexpected visit to the ER. Every pharmacy we thought was going to be open was closed. I was fading fast after my release from the ER but knew there would be no pharmacies open in my home town. While this pharmacy was busy, the pharmacist took the time to understand I really needed to go lie down. In record time, I was on my way. The pharmacist was personable. He explained my Antibiotics throughly. It was a pleasure to be served by this pharmacy!! Well done.”

“Put on new tires at a shop in Columbus. I rotated the tires on my own for the first rotation. Had a severe vibration afterwards. Brought the car to a dedicated tire shop off Veterans to balance and still had a vibration. Had success at Sam's before with another vehicle so I took the car to them to balance the tires one last time before I gave up. They nailed it. Zero vibrations driving home.”
