“Best place on the stretch any time of day. 99% of the time the double churches station will pump gas like .000002 a gallon minute, other times it won't shut off and gas will overflow on your car, let them try to argue about it, I've got videos. Circle k is fine and usually cheaper than here but they are almost always packed and almost always have half of their pumps down. Chevron is consistently good, pumps always work, never out of stock and never too busy to have you in and out in 2 mins or less. You never have to worry about having a squeegee for your windows there either. Hands down, best gas station around, 24/7”

To be fair, I filled out the form in the company’s response link. Hopefully the employees had re-training at this location, but the company used my loyalty account to offer 2 complimentary fountain drinks as an apology—which is really a kind gesture. Hopefully I continue drinking more water LOL & won’t need them. The effort deserves updated review, which could’ve been an original 5-stars by the cashier simply saying, “I didn’t know. I’ll fix that.” But THANK YOU for excellent customer service above and beyond!!
I don’t like saying negative things but don’t use negative business practices. Water, being a basic human right, is free. Ice- is free. What we pay for is the cup/bottle/bag.
But since most gas stations/ convenience stores do not charge for ice as long as it’s in YOUR cup especially with a loyalty number.
I wasn’t given the opportunity to enter my loyalty number since the cashier was in such a hurry to ring up ice as a “cup of ice” at additional $1.08 to see my reaction. I started im never charged for ice (especially at Circle K’s) and she was unmoved.
I was too weak to argue as I’d just donated plasma nearby and NEEDED ice in my cup of water.
I won’t be back and should’ve read the reviews first. This reflects badly as a Franchisee but i haven’t had this experience at any others— even with refills on ice in my 100 oz Circle K cup— which i self-rang-up a large cup even though it’s free. That was in Lagrange Georgia.

“We visit this store regularly because of the products, prices and service. Yesterday, I was there looking for a specific item and had trouble locating it. A very pleasant young lady who was stocking the shelves noticed my dilemma and immediately offered her assistance. She walked with me to the product. It's the type of service rather rare today. She was helpful, very pleasant and thanked me for shopping at the store.”

“Stopped for a quick bathroom break during a road trip and felt compelled to leave a review. Bathrooms impressed me with their cleanliness. Aisles and store overall were kept tidy. Lots of gas pumps. Felt safe in the area.”
