Paid for 3 months and got a refund for 2 months and now they cancelled my membership after 8 days. Don’t give your money to this company - there is a way to describe what happened to us - we were defrauded. As a former loyal customer- I will never be doing business with this company again. I also know the owners of the company that supplies your chemicals and they will be advised as well as the BBB

They have state of the art equipment. They always have the supplies needed to complete the process in dry towels and full spray bottles.

They never open on time. Closed alot due to maintenance issues?? You never get your air freshener. I think they need new management .

I’ve been to every car wash in Columbus, they’re all “meh” but this one I was actually impressed with. First of all, the air fresheners actually smell like one you’d buy, not a car wash freebie🤣 my car was FILTHY, most car washes leave some bug guts/dirt when your car is as dirty as mine but after going through this one it looked like I hand washed it (And I got the cheapest package). The vacuums have the strongest suction out of any in the area. Def 5/5 stars

My husband thought I cleaned the wheels and tires myself, lol. Nope. Drive thru wash, sir. The strongest vacuums known to man. Earned my subscription. Oh, and they offer a military discount.

Excellent service at this car wash! The staff were so friendly and took their time scrubbing my car before entering the car wash! Very pleased with how clean my car is!

So far I’ve enjoyed the ease and convenience of the facility. The car wash is great and I have the higher wash package. Only thing that kind of bummed me out is the washers slam the brushes on my hood (new car) a few times and now I have some small spots that have paint chipped in the same region of hood they bring the initial brush sweep when scrubbing.

After that little touch up with equipment. They're back in action. Listen no man should be driving a dirty truck. Also when it comes to cleaning my truck. I don't want a half done job. This the place to get a great clean car wash. Reasonable price not a member. Who cares pull up to the left stall. Get an emaculant clean vehicle. Free vacuums, free window cleaner,free all purpose cleaner always clean towels available to assist you. Could ask for a better car wash experience. We also TIP the guys starting your wash.

Not sure why these reviews are low because I ALWAYS have a great experience here! The employees are friendly and do a wonderful job at the entrance and it’s nice and clean where we vacuum our cars. It’s very nice that they supply clean towels for us to use and whatever the cleaners are in there spray bottles work like magic!!!!!!! They clean everything in my car and I drive out so happy every single time. I’m a happy member and will never go anywhere else. 😊
