I had a very wonderful experience with Jamese and Ebonnie. They went out of their way to assist me in getting a terrible smell out of my storage unit. I accidentally forgot to get frozen vegetables out of my freezer… I can’t think them enough for their assistance with a mop bucket, latex gloves and extra durable garbage bags!!! A++ Customer Service and thanks again to you both… Give them a raise!!!

I've had the pleasure to meet Jamese and Eboniee on two different occasions while working on acquiring a rental space. They have both been excellent and wonderful in their communication, information and hospitality. I received thorough instructions and helpful assistance in transitioning to becoming a Woodruff Lakeside customer. They deserve a huge pat on the back for a job well done.

From day one this place has been absolutely amazing! I have rented from several different storage facilities including throughout Columbus Georgia and Phenix City Alabama and I have to admit hands down without a doubt that this place is by far the most amazing, cleanest, customer friendly, accessible, and everything else you can possibly think of that best fits every need you could possibly have! I will definitely recommend this place to any and everyone who needs the help! So, before you choose anywhere else at least start here first.

I loved the experience here! Everyone was so kind and pleasant! The manager here was awesome, as well as the girl who helped me today. The prices and deals are great for an indoor storage facility. I highly recommend to anyone looking for storage. They have tons of units available. We got a 10x10 which is perfect for what we need to put there from a small apartment.
