“The staff at the Midway Post Office is absolutely top-notch. Every time I’ve been there, the service has been friendly, professional, and helpful. 5 stars for the staff, but honestly closer to 2 stars for the condition of the building. My concern has nothing to do with the employees. The facility itself has clearly seen better days. There are visible cracks, bugs and spider webs, debris, and areas that appear neglected and in need of serious repair. At this point, the building has become an eyesore and does not reflect the quality of service the employees provide. The staff deserves a clean, safe, well-maintained place to work, and the people of Midway deserve the same when they come in to handle their mail and postal business. I really hope USPS takes a serious look at this location and invests in repairing, renovating, or replacing the facility. The employees are doing their part. They deserve a building that does the same.”
