Midway Post office is usually a good home town postal service, but these people they got delivering Amazon packages under USPS, in a word, SUCK! I hope that the post office make the needed changes and get them inline. I've got another package left at the mailbox, which is on the road away from the house. Thank God for good neighbors.

The ladies that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. I was in hinesville today so stopped at that location out of convenience
and won't ever make that mistake again. I'll go out of my way to go to the midway location

I sent a package to my granddaughter last Wednesday. She lives in Harris County across the other side of the state. I checked the tracking to see where it was because she did not receive it in the 2 to 3 day time limit I was told it would take. It was sent from Jacksonville, Florida to RHODE ISLAND and then to MASSACHUSETTS. Today it was tracked to Atlanta, back to Macon, and now claims it will be delivered tomorrow. WHY did it go to RHODE ISLAND???

Live in the Villages At Limerick and our mail lady ran over a huge flower pot and drove off. Other neighbors have issues with this lady. Please fix this.

The office itself I have no issues with. My delivery carrier is another matter. They constant knocked over my mailbox until I had to bury it so deep I can no longer get my mail via the window of my car & Im not the only one this happened to. I AM DISABLED AND IT HURTS TO WALK TO THE MAILBOX..Today I found 2 packages STUFFED so tightly that I literally had to rip them out damaging the products AND the mailbox. These packages should have been left on my porch.Since your carrier is so careless and since I’m physically handicapped am I allowed to have a box placed by my porch? I’m unsure of the driver’s name, but what I do know is that she is one of the worst representatives of The City of Midway. The profane music that comes from this truck is horrible, and not to mention the driving and attitude of this young lady. On yesterday she became so upset that my son was standing in front of the mailbox, she put the van in park and held the brakes down creating a screeching noise loudly on my property... then sped off to the next house almost hitting my neighbor's child that's always outside playing. When she saw that my son was talking to me about the incident, she threw up her hand sarcastically, as to say "what are you going to do about it?" I need for someone in a higher authority to reach out to me regarding this matter. This has to stopped before she hurts someone. Her unprofessionalism needs to be addressed. The incident took place on 10/11/2022 around 6 pm
