“Bellamy has been super accommodating to me and roommates throughout the 9 months we have been here so far. The people in the front office have been so kind and understanding with the struggles we have brought to them.Bellamy helped us remediate the issues we were having with one for our roommates and our apartment has been so peaceful ever since.We have had a few issues regarding items in our apartment, such as lights going out, my roommate accidentally breaking a lock on our front door, etc. When I called in my lock being broken on the front door they had gotten to my apartment within the hour to replace the lock and give us new keys. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and the individuals that work in maintenance are absolutely amazing.The issues that we most commonly run into are our neighbors. It is not Bellamy's fault that they are loud and leave trash in the hallways, but Bellamy's onsite courtesy officer is reachable if the neighbors ever do get too loud and Bellamy is proactive in making sure residents don't trash the property, which is gratefully appreciated.We have a great relationship with the individuals that work in the office, and as long as you're a respectful resident you will enjoy your time in Bellamy.”

“I was met outside by a friendly Veteran who went out of his way to make sure my wife and myself were happy with the Van that we bought. I recommend this as your first stop just to see what they have for sale. They have a range of Cars ranging from $2000 and up. I bought a Van for $2000 and its clean and runs great, everything works and it was better than I expected for the price range. If you stop in to Middle Georgia Auto let them know that you saw this review online and tell them Matthew sent you for a little extra service (the service will be great regardless)”

“Cedarige Apartments is my very first apartment as a graduate student here in Milledgeville. I needed an affordable apartment complex to reside in for my time here and Cedaridge has been very prompt since I was informed of this complex. Ms. Dina Porter, the Community Manager is an angel and has been very thorough with the application process. Ms. Demetrice Walker, the Senior Property Manager has been very prompt as well and exceeds her limit of simply being on it!My apartment unit is very nice and I appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment. No complaints on my end.*My only heads-up is that Cedaridge does not permit any doorbell and security drillings, so be aware that you might have to find alternatives for the security of your apartment.*”
