“Growing up, we always used Sears for all of our appliances and our repairs. For the last two months I’ve been working with Frigidaire to try to get somebody out to repair my refrigerator. They started using US appliance repair and then switched to Sears after they failed to show up after a couple of attempts. Jason showed up this morning and discovered that my request had not been properly entered by Frigidaire and we would have to cancel it and start all over again. That being said Jason is an amazing young man. He’s articulate and he engages the customer and is willing to explain and take some time to help me understand. I just can’t even tell you how good it felt to deal with somebody who appeared to care about the service he was providing. I would recommend Jason to anyone and especially my friends and family..”
