“When all of the other auto parts stores come up short with what you need, better check out NAPA. Nice clean store with friendly staff on hand to help you out.Today, I needed some #4 cable custom cut. This was the only store that sold this cable. Also, I could have gotten it in #2 size if I wanted to go bigger. Great place to buy these cables when you need to customize your battery cables.The only drawback to this store is that the parking lot is very cramped. Don't even think about coming in here with a trailer or a big rig.”

“Mike H. was amazing, caring and helpful. My key had broke and I was at the honda place in athens and had been there for hours trying to get it fix and then they informed me that the key machine was broken. I was so upset. I was ugly crying and frantically looking for somewhere to go. I did a Google search and found Butler Honda, which is an hour away from where i live, and called. I got Mike. I asked if they could make me another key and he said yes. Already he was my hero. He was very understand and helped me to calm down and made me feel like I was important. They didn't have the key I needed right then but Mike ordered it and it was there the next day. I was late to my appointment but that didn't ruffle their feathers at all. Mike came out, very friendly and personable and put my mind at easy. The service was done in a jiffy, Mike walked me to my car and made sure that the key worked perfectly. Every one their was just so nice and helpful. I had such a great experience. Also if you are in the market for a car go talk to the sales person Josh there. While I was waiting for my key, I was outside waiting, Josh came out to check on me. He is very kind and good at his job, unfortunately I wasn't in the market for one but if I had been Josh would had sold me a car. All in all if you are looking for people who care not only about your car but about you this is the place to go.”

“I like the ppl in the service department they have in there now in 2023 way better than the ones that were there when I 1st got my car in 2019. Those that were there then acted like they didn't want me to wait for my car while I get it service. I live out of town, so I couldn't just leave it to go back and get it. It shouldn't matter how long I would have to wait if I'm willing to wait on it. However, the ones that is in the service department now are excellent. Great customer service and very friendly and considerate. For the last couple of years I have had great customer service since those other ones are no longer there.”

“I had to take my 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier EV in for a tire rotation, and, due to a recently rapid ticking sound from under the hood. I got here about 20 minutes before my 09:00 appointment. But, no problem. However, at about 10:20, my Service Advisor came to tell me, Despite the tech hearing the ticking (yay!), the Diagnostics Check revealed nada (boo!). And, the tech has zero experience with this issue (being an EV doesn't help). Luckily, the Service Department is "connected" with other Chevy Service Department Techs, and he was able to input the problem, and wait for a response. Now, this is a Good News/Bad News situation. The response could be received in 5 minutes. :-) Or, it could be 5 hours. :-( I decided to wait around for a little while to see how it played out. Fortunately for me, the response, Need to reprogram the Brake Booster Cont ROL Module, came in pretty quickly. So, I was out if there by 11:00. Now, my main reason for only a 4 Star rating is because the dealership no longer has a Courtesy Shuttle. So, one must either Wait (as I did), have a ride (which I didn't), or take a Taxi. :-( (I'm not sure, but I think COVID is the cause of this). And, speaking of that nasty COVID, from what I saw not one employee (7) there wore a facemask. Nor, when I walked into the Customer Waiting Area, were the 2 customers wearing one. However, 3 of the 4 customers who came in after me, were wearing masks.”

“What a truly amazing used car buying experience we had at Butler Ford of Milledgeville, GA! From the first phone call inquiring about purchasing a used car to the signing and purchasing of our used vehicle today, we were treated like family! Willy, Ryan, & Ashtin were so helpful and so extremely kind! We knew we could trust them by the kind consideration they gave us and how hard they worked to find us the perfect vehicle! I spoke to Ashtin on the phone later, and he was so nice and so helpful from the beginning! I could tell he had a heart of gold from the first moment I spoke with him. Ashtin is truly the BEST salesman we have ever been so blessed to work with in all of our purchases! After we bought it, the staff walked by Ashtin's desk just to tell us congratulations! They were all so happy for us! We felt like we were amongst friends and treated like family with such kindness, caring, and honesty! “Great staff . Staff i spoke with was very knowledgeable. The Manager i spoke with asked to assist if I needed it. I was in store to rent a tool. All money returned. Just understand that if you rent a tool that is $300.... don't expect the poor guy in the morning to have that cash in the register. If you need your money back when they open or if you are in a rush...Most stores don't open a register with more than$100...not a big deal just call in and speak to management and kindly explain you are driving up there to return a $300 item and would be happy if they are able to accommodate you. That easy !.”

Once a deal was struck, the business end took hardly any time at all. Quite pleased. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because our time was not valued upon our first arrival. I made a driving appointment and once we arrived, we found the van receiving a small repair in the shop. The repair took over 2 hours and we ended up having to leave and come back the next day for a test drive and purchase. Knowing this information before we made our drive would have been helpful, but certainly was not a dealbreaker.”

He even called Yamaha to confirm the lower unit matched the motor. This provided me a great deal of comfort knowing I was getting the correct part. You just need to leave them a message and they will call you back. I would suggest doing this before you order. My part also came in on time on the exact day Jon promised it.”
