“The team at Milledgeville CDJR provided us with an excellent pre-owned buying experience. We were shopping from a distance, so Josh's clarity over the phone as a salesperson on the vehicle we were considering was vital. Kenneth took over on-site and provided excellent customer service. Tommy pitched in to share vehicle specs and to give context (and confidence) on the vehicle history (it was a local trade-in). Michael handled the paperwork with professionalism and clarity. Everyone was very courteous. Altogether they gave us the space and time to inspect the vehicle and finalize our decision while being very efficient to close the deal and get us turned around for our long drive home.
The only area for improvement would be in the EV space. We never got a battery health report as requested or a copy of their pre-sale technical inspection. The two-year-old EV was missing its charging cable and we would have appreciated more help in replacing that or providing an NACS adapter to allow for charging at Tesla Superchargers.”

“I am a 1st time buyer at Butler Ford and I have to say I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership.
I bought a used vehicle that had a couple of outstanding issues to be taken care of and they did not hesitate to do the right thing and correct the issues.
I also discovered a small issue 3 days after and returned to talk with the Used Cars Manager and my salesman. They are also trying to resolve this issue.

“Called STB to get a quote on brakes early in the week. Came in to get them inspected for possible replacement and ended up getting brakes and rotors replaced all around to ensure maximum safety while driving. I am very satisfied with the service from that initial call to the work performed. Even with them being booked up and having limited personnel available, the wait wasn't long, price was more than fair, and quality of my riding now much, much better than when I first drove my car off the dealer lot back in June. “I had a good experience at Georgia Auto Air. The owners are very honest, direct and care about the work they are doing. I will go back if my other car needs some repair work. As a senior and a woman, I often have mechanics, etc. try to take advantage of me and I have learned to the best of my ability to try and do whatever work I can do myself on my car. I sincerely appreciate being treated like a person and not being taken advantage of. It means everything. My van is nice and cool now in this intense sweltering heat. Thank you Chris!!”

“They did an absolutely fabulous job on repairing my 2024 Prius Prime that was rear ended. Unfortunately, as with anything, a vehicle may never be able to be absolutely 100% perfect to pre-accident condition, but they absolutely did a damn good job making it as good as it absolutely could possibly be to the fact that you cannot tell just looking at or inspecting the vehicle extremely closely without knowing exactly what you're looking for that it was ever wrecked.
They also did another piece of work for relatively minor damage to the a-pillar of the vehicle separate from the wreck, and it looks absolutely flawless.
Front office staff was also extremely helpful and courteous during the entire process as well.”

“Highly recommend, Got a radiator replacement on my jeep and it was ready the day after I dropped it off. He did not over charge me I actually ended up paying less than i was quoted so i would say its an honest and fair shop, good work and in a timely manner. The place i called before Terrys actually quoted me twice as much as terrys auto. The other place told me i would also have to have this and that done to just replace my radiator and it would total me over $1000 so i am very thankful that i called terry’s auto clinic for a second quote. Great job and my vehicle is no longer overheating i am very satisfied with the work and price and will bring my vehicle to him for any other services to be done. Thankyou.”

“We took our Range Rover to Norris. They are professional, kind, and honest. They don’t try to over charge customers or add on services that aren’t necessary. They were upfront about the cost and were very reasonable (I don’t want to say cheap, but the cost was much less in comparison to other places). “I had an appointment for a tire installation about 2 weeks ago at 6:30p.m. I arrived 30 minutes early, entered into the building, and was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was informed that I could have a seat in the waiting area and that my car was checked in and awaiting to be pulled into the bay for tire installation on the passenger side of my car. Customer Service was the bomb.com. Which means from the moment I arrived until the moment I paid for the services rendered to me. “These guys were great. I called them when my semi truck broke down in the middle of the road yesterday, they got to me quick, I think it was about 20 minutes. They got me up and running within about 10-15 minutes, I followed them over to their shop and they even worked after hours to make sure I got back on the road.
