“Just had my 3rd service repair at Terry's Auto Clinic and apparently the charmer! Lol Had an alternator replacement, then wiper assembly replacement then today a bigger one, heater core replaced. Not much of a waiting room but if dropping off car, no problem. Kevin is very nice, they have great parts prices and labor very reasonable. I only looked up heater core info afterwards and Super glad got an OLD car, van! The prices on heater cores then labor were up to THREE TIMES what I paid! Super good too was turn around! Highly recommend but only more business if they get the help - calling good mechanics! - lol”

“What an incredibly kind and generous man. I had a dead battery purchased elsewhere, and we stopped by to see if there was a. electrical draw since this is the 2nd battery in a year that has failed. Tommy kindly checked the alternator and then cleaned the posts on the battery. he was able to tell us that it was the battery itself. we went and got a new better quality battery. Tommy would not charge us for his help and knowledge. you don't see much of that these days so I was exceptionally grateful and will definitely bring my business to Tommy should the need arise .”

The bumper was knocked off of her car and I talked her through popping it back on but I was worried that it was not secure enough for her to drive home. I called the business and talked to the owner. He said he had kids and he understood how helpless you feel sometimes when they have an issue. “I had a great experience here. Came to ask about cutting a replacement shelf for a display cabinet that broke during a move. Both employees I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. It was ten minutes to five and they were about to close, but they still cut it as I waited, even when I offered to come back to pick it up the next day. It's a perfect fit, I thought it was incredibly fairly priced, and I'm glad I came by. I'll be back for a small office dry erase board project, too. FYI, it's listed as "auto glass" on Google, but it is not, it's flat glass for furniture, windows and fixtures, etc.”

“Mike H. was amazing, caring and helpful. My key had broke and I was at the honda place in athens and had been there for hours trying to get it fix and then they informed me that the key machine was broken. I was so upset. I was ugly crying and frantically looking for somewhere to go. I did a Google search and found Butler Honda, which is an hour away from where i live, and called. I got Mike. I asked if they could make me another key and he said yes. Already he was my hero. He was very understand and helped me to calm down and made me feel like I was important. They didn't have the key I needed right then but Mike ordered it and it was there the next day. I was late to my appointment but that didn't ruffle their feathers at all. Mike came out, very friendly and personable and put my mind at easy. The service was done in a jiffy, Mike walked me to my car and made sure that the key worked perfectly. Every one their was just so nice and helpful. I had such a great experience. Also if you are in the market for a car go talk to the sales person Josh there. While I was waiting for my key, I was outside waiting, Josh came out to check on me. He is very kind and good at his job, unfortunately I wasn't in the market for one but if I had been Josh would had sold me a car. All in all if you are looking for people who care not only about your car but about you this is the place to go.”
