Well... ten people in line and one teller. Definitely the best bank ever. Wouldn't be an issue if this wasn't such a consistent issue.

Unfortunately, I can never get anyone to call me back and am always sent to voicemail when I call. Poor customer service in my opinion.

In the past for 6 months I am had trouble with my card I had to get a new card for the last six months., every month for the last six months. I'm am ready to get a new account elsewhere am not happy with you since taking over by Truist.
