Well... ten people in line and one teller. Definitely the best bank ever. Wouldn't be an issue if this wasn't such a consistent issue.

I needed to make a deposit and went in the milledgeville branch where 3 tellers are behind the counter and all three had their next teller signs up. No one acknowledged that I was even standing there. After a couple of minutes of just waiting for some to at least say hey to me, I decided to leave. It is time to start looking for a new bank to do business with.

Unfortunately, I can never get anyone to call me back and am always sent to voicemail when I call. Poor customer service in my opinion.

In the past for 6 months I am had trouble with my card I had to get a new card for the last six months., every month for the last six months. I'm am ready to get a new account elsewhere am not happy with you since taking over by Truist.

The Bank is something else they great with helping you but the minute someone deposit mobile check into your account they Penalize you for it. I would be a great Bank if they wouldn't penalize you for other people actions

So not a fan of this bank. Am a veteran of the US army and I have to constantly wait for my deposit to hit every month. It hits at different times monthly which is really bothering. Sometimes it's 1 a.m., 2 a.m., 3 a.m., even as late as 6 a.m. this is a repetitive income so why do I get paid at different times depending on the month.

Will not allow me access to my safety deposit box and wouldn't add an additional signatory to my box without an appointment even though in the past I was told to just come in. They are a bank, other banks are all ready open to the public why isn't this one? What's next an appointment to withdrawal from my account?

So, after making arrangements with my Personal Shopper, who also owns the Salon where I get my haircut (does Incalls too, 8-) , why deal with a stranger?), she show up as promised, to take me to the nearest branch to deposit the check that I had for selling my car (had planned on doing it with the App, but they have restrictions on the amount). Upon arrival, we noticed that this branch doesn't have the typical Drive-up window. But, rather the remote interaction. Even though there wasn't any vehicles ahead of us in the 1st lane, there must have been only one clerk working, as we had to wait a couple of minutes. But, after the vehicle in the other lane left, we were next to get taken care of. Nicole opened the tube for me, and I inserted the deposit slip, and the check. A minute later, the tube come back with the receipt, and a verbal notice that it'll take 2 days for the check to clear. There, and back, in less than 25 minutes.

Worst customer service experience ever. Includes trying to get help from the local branch as well as calling the main customer service 800 number. Take your banking needs elsewhere.

Drivethru service is extremely slow! When I pulled up, there were 3 lines open, 3 cars there total. Now 12 minutes later, the same 3 cars are still handling there banking business while the line is at a standstill & steady growing. Every time!!
