This is my favorite gym I’ve worked out at. The team is very considerate of the way you enjoy your experience. Always come here when I come up to the lake for the weekend!

Been coming to Bodyplex In Milledgeville for over a year and it’s by far the best gym around. Great selection of machines and plenty of free weights. The staff is also very friendly.

Lots of space, several different areas for weights, machines, cardio, and cross fit type workouts. Lots of classes too! People are nice which helps. 5 star rating for me.
