I had to take my 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier EV in for a tire rotation, and, due to a recently rapid ticking sound from under the hood. I got here about 20 minutes before my 09:00 appointment. But, no problem. However, at about 10:20, my Service Advisor came to tell me, Despite the tech hearing the ticking (yay!), the Diagnostics Check revealed nada (boo!). And, the tech has zero experience with this issue (being an EV doesn't help). Luckily, the Service Department is "connected" with other Chevy Service Department Techs, and he was able to input the problem, and wait for a response. Now, this is a Good News/Bad News situation. The response could be received in 5 minutes. :-) Or, it could be 5 hours. :-( I decided to wait around for a little while to see how it played out. Fortunately for me, the response, Need to reprogram the Brake Booster Cont ROL Module, came in pretty quickly. So, I was out if there by 11:00. Now, my main reason for only a 4 Star rating is because the dealership no longer has a Courtesy Shuttle. So, one must either Wait (as I did), have a ride (which I didn't), or take a Taxi. :-( (I'm not sure, but I think COVID is the cause of this). And, speaking of that nasty COVID, from what I saw not one employee (7) there wore a facemask. Nor, when I walked into the Customer Waiting Area, were the 2 customers wearing one. However, 3 of the 4 customers who came in after me, were wearing masks.

Always friendly, always careful with my car. Have had various types of service and repair work done there over the years, brakes, water leaks, headlight replacement, new springs, electronics and electrical, headliner and even an engine replacement. The car runs like new even though it's high mileage and a former fleet car from the early 2000s. I will keep going back because I trust them to give their best effort each time I need their help.

I honestly would rate the professionalism at this dealership as HORRIBLE. I took my car in for an oil change and bulb replacements. It took from 08/02/2021 until 09/3/2021 to get my lights working. A total of 4 trips. After they finally got it right, I asked it they could replace my passenger mirror and was told yes. Left the car there with a promise to have it ready on 09/07/2021 picked it up today and there was no review mirror replaced. They stated it was at the paint shop. However, on 09/06/2021 I received a call stating the mirror was at the paint shop and could be picked up that day. In informed them that they would see me the following day. When I arrived I was told it wasn't ready and the mirror was still at the paint shop!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought the mirror would be a simple fix and since it was already there, I decided to give them another chance. I honestly wouldn't trust them to do any type of work to a vehicle. They have absolutely no customer service skills and don't care about your vehicle or any inconvenience they cause. Proceed with caution with this company

Mr. Hester was great. Told him exactly what I wanted and was willing to pay. He went the extra mile for me immediately. No time wasted at all! Great prices and place to do business. Seemed old fashioned in a good way!

Was in contact with Richard at the business.... they took in a Chevy Silverado high country on trade.... didn't test drive or do the inspection. I took off work on 11/13/20 to go test drive truck. Had done come to a agreement on price and everything before test driving.... them they found out it needed a new transmission and wanted me to have to pay for it on there mistake.the price jumped over 4000 dollars on us... the guy had terrible customer service and didn't want to work on getting us to the right price... I asked him to explain to me why I should have to pay for there mistake and he replied please don't bother me anymore..... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I wouldn't accept a truck from them if it was free
