They sold me a car over the internet and didn't disclose it had a major oil leak or people had smoked in it. I see a lot of negative reviews about the place. Save your money go elsewhere. ZERO STARS

This review is only for the Contact Us, and dealer reply portions of the dealership. In deciding to get another vehicle, and a EV at that, last Tuesday, May 17th, using the online Contact us link on the company website, I chose the Email option. Well, I was in the process of typing my questions about the Nissan Ayria, for some unknown reason, I was connected to online Live Chat. Now, I didn't mind that this happened. But, with what follows, I can only hope, that their in-person customer interaction is better. Once connected to Live Chat, I copied, and sent my questions. Well, the Chat Rep replies, Hello Anthony. How can I help you today? With rolling eyes, I replied, My questions are in the initial post of this chat. While she did apologize, she also wrote, Please wait a few minutes while I look into this. About 5 minutes later, ANOTHER Chat Rep asks me, How can I help you today? I responded with, My questions are in the first post of this Chat with... She then wrote, I'm sorry, but I'm not seeing it (apparently some glitch recycled the online Chat, and all previous messages were lost). :-( Can I help you with anything else? So, I pasted my questions, and waited. Then, about 5 minutes later, a message pops up asking me to rate the Chat session. Needless to say, it wasn't a good rating. Later that day, I get a phone call from a number I don't recognize. And, despite my outgoing message that, in part, says, Due to severe hearing issues, please text, or Email me. Then, my incoming v/m lights up. And, as expected, I could hardly make out what was said. Since the rep didn't listen, I didn't bother to return the call. Hopefully, and if they see this Review, they'll take action to improve the online Live Chat. Sheesh!

Went here with my wife to purchase our fist vehicle together (minivan). Our experience on location was enjoyable and not stressful. We felt we were not taken advantage of and that we were given a fair deal. Meeting Mr. Childre was a pleasure and I enjoyed doing business with him. Once a deal was struck, the business end took hardly any time at all. Quite pleased. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because our time was not valued upon our first arrival. I made a driving appointment and once we arrived, we found the van receiving a small repair in the shop. The repair took over 2 hours and we ended up having to leave and come back the next day for a test drive and purchase. Knowing this information before we made our drive would have been helpful, but certainly was not a dealbreaker.

I am absolutely infuriated by the piss-poor customer service at this dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted and messaged them multiple times last night. They requested to have a "customer service" rep call me, and I agreed. The woman, Danielle, called me at 8:30 and told me it was still available. I said that I'd noticed the vehicle had a lemon title so if she could send me the maintenance information on it real quick, I'd head up there and buy it. I told her that I only needed to see the information because it was more than an hour long drive so I wanted to be sure, but that I was 100% okay with the price and would be there today. She said she'd get that over to me and call me back. 2 hours later, I never received an email, so I call the dealership and ask for her, and when they transferred me, it was to a number/extension that wasn't available and wouldn't let me leave a message. An hour later, all I get is an email from some random guy that I've never spoken with saying that it was just sold to somebody. So, despite my obvious interest in the vehicle and request to hold it, these slimy dealer scumbags just let somebody purchase it right underneath me. Thank you for, once again, proving to me that dealerships are nothing more than greedy scam-artists.

I had such a good experience at Childre Nissan of Milledgeville when I bought my Nissan Pathfinder. David (salesman) was knowledgeable, kind, explained everything to me, and allowed me as much time as I needed. He followed up with me without pestering me.

Drove 6 hours from Pensacola, FL to GA just to purchase a 2016 Nissan Maxima SR. I dealt with David Middleton, who was awesome! Most seamless car buying process I have ever experienced. Well worth the drive. Agreed upon numbers prior to making the drive and when I arrived there was absolutely no hassle and I left with a great deal and an ever more awesome car! Very reasonable on my trade in value, way more than any other lot offered me. Mr. Childre greeted us and was so kind and wonderful. He runs a great business! Will recommend to everyone I know.

I bought a used Frontier here last week. My experience at Childre far exceeded my expectations. It's a bit daunting to walk into a dealership (particularly as a woman car shopping solo), but I felt I got a very fair price on a vehicle in great shape. My budget was small, but the salesman I worked with, David, was wonderful. He treated me with utmost respect and importance -- I felt as if I was just as much a priority to him with my small purchase as those folks buying brand new. He was extremely easy to work with: kept in touch without pressuring me, went above and beyond to get any question about the car answered (and I had many), was transparent and upfront about pricing, stuck to his word about what and when things would be done to the truck, and followed up after I'd gone home with it just to be sure I was still satisfied days later. I won't hesitate to buy a car here again in the future. I've traditionally shied away from dealerships and gone for private sellers, but my experience at Childre was so positive that when it's time to upgrade again, I'll actually look here first. Highly recommended!

Walked in, money in hand to purchase a car that I had agreed on purchasing and the owner's son, Jason, sold the car to his buddy. He didn't even have it paid for. He said he had a frequent customer that wanted it, so he was going to hold it for him. I called the owner and asked if this is a customary case...whatever the son wants, the son gets...no matter what. He (the owner) was very very rude to me. I have done business with this car lot for over 20 years and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Here's the lesson.....make sure JASON knows if you're interested in a car, even if anyone else who waits on you tells you it's yours. It doesn't matter until it runs through Jason. A very greedy man and very greedy owner. I am truly dissapointed.
