We spent all week in contact about a 2010 nissan exterra. Truck looked awesome online. We drove 150 miles on Saturday in contact with the sales lady. She was ? pct sure the vehicle was ready. When we arrived the first statement was we have a problem. The rear differential needs replacing. It was the front differential and the lady insisted the 4wd worked great. After my inspection and letting it run because it would not move discovered the overflow reservoir for the radiator full or oil. The master mechanic was in awe. They never offered gas money or a discount on anything. Low rent place and if they reply this didn't happen I will upload all the text messages for a week including the ride 150 miles that day. Bad business etiquette.

Not honest about financing. Told my friend they were approved for the vehicle and had them buy insurance for the car before driving an hour to get it... Only for them to try to require a co-signer at the site. Do NOT waste your time.Edited to respond to their response: When they send you their paycheck stubs beforehand then it's not hearsay. You knew before they came what their income was.

Two things. First the reason I feel I can give them any stars is that their service team was wonderful. They were helpful and did a great job. So much so I seriously considered moving my service there. Then I had an issue with a vehicle I previously bought from them (missing a peice necessary for the vehicle) and was basically told too bad which then cost me over $200 extra to fix a simple issue.

Went there with an exact car in mind. There was NO pressure to buy something that they had on the lot. Leslie Madden was fantastic to work with. Very easy going. Very knowledgeable.Jason Childre ordered the car I wanted from another deal and it was delivered about 5 hours later. I could not be happier!

Brought my 2015 nissan pathfinder in for a transmission fluid change due to a little hesitation in low gear. I know it was time for a fluid change. After the service, the problem had gotten worse, i.e. the engine was vibrating the motor mounts in a way that it was unsafe to operate under normal conditions. The dealer states that the problem was already present but being a mechanical engineer, I pretty much know how my vehicles operate under normal conditions and also know the early signs of specific repairs. I will no longer do business with this dealer and also reach out to my Google community to be cautious about doing repairs on their vehicles here. I spoke with Don in the service department and he stated that he didn't know what the problem was with our vehicle.

I had the best, pain-free vehicle buying experience ever! It was sure a pleasure meeting Mr Jimmy Childre. I really enjoyed talking with him while all of the paperwork was being processed. My salesman, Nick Hewitt, is an absolutely wonderful salesman. He is very knowledgeable of the Nissan vehicle lineup. He was an absolute joy! The used car salesman offered a great trade-in value for my 2017 Mazda 3. No haggling was needed and I never did state what I was hoping to get for it! He offered exactly the price I was wanting for the Mazda. The gentleman that presented all of the paperwork requiring my signature was excellent, too! He took time to explain every piece of paperwork that was requiring my signature. He was also very knowledgeable explaining the extra warranty programs that could be purchased.Please note: I did not need any financial assistance with the purchase of my brand new 2023 Nissan Kicks SV. Between the trade-in value offered and cash payment I made, a vehicle loan wasn’t needed.Childre Nissan was the best dealership I have done business with for many, many years!

We leased a new car and everything went very smoothly. We were very surprised at the selection of vehicles they had and found one the color and interior we wanted. This SUV is our first and so far we love it! Everyone was very nice and helpful and treated us like family.

Another fine experience with Childre. Had an oil change and a diagnostic to discover a problem. We ended up having the problem fixed elsewhere because the pricing was just too high, but the knowledge and thoroughness of the diagnostic were top notch!

Billy was absolutely the best in assisting me in finding the right car. He didn't try to upsell me and he didn't try to get me to settle for anything less than what I knew I wanted. He went the extra mile to find the exact Rogue that I wanted and arranged to have it delivered to me before the dealership closed. Mr. Jimmy was so kind and friendly. He introduced himself to my daughter and I and thanked us for our business.If you want a positive car-buying experience, come see these people. You absolutely will not regret it. Ask for Billy. He's the best!!

Staff was well prepared...know the products. Mr. Childre was very hospitable.No sales pressure as in many other dealerships. Even though it was almost closing time, everyone stayed until we completed the purchase.

Customer service was (salesperson Ms. Peacock) was very courteous, not pushy or pressing? Answered questions that I asked in a way that I could understand and get the point. The finance manager ( Mr. Tim) was also very friendly and courteous. Did not try and force anything on me that I did not want.
