I have tolerated the CVS on Columbia in Milledgeville's incompetence because of their kind but overworked staff. Today I was on hold for ten minutes before they close for lunch and was hung up on. I called back after lunch and was spoken to in such a rude manner I was shocked. I tried to explain that when they put a prescription on hold it never gets checked back on. It also makes it so I'm unable to request a refill through the app. I was cut off part way through my description and hung up on. I was so frustrated that I decided to call the other CVS in Milledgeville and request that they now manage all my prescriptions even though they are further from my home. The prescriptions that were causing the original problems on hold have now been taken off hold so the new pharmacy can't help me until being put back on hold! The very nice person at the CVS on Wayne St. apologized that I would have to contact the other pharmacy again. He said it was best if I went in to the store so they couldn't ignore me. I explained that last time I went in the store I had to wait 1.5 hours for my prescriptions that I was notified by text that were ready. Stupid me tried calling again. On hold six minutes then was hung up on. Don't use this pharmacy!!!

I gave this place one star for the ladies in the front row. I don't know who manages the pharmacy but all of can say is it's the worst place I've ever felt with for prescriptions. I would highly advice everyone to find another place. I waited on hold for 45 min and nobody answered. So I hung up. They are slow and very rude.

So far for dealing with my mom's scripts Eatonton and Milledgeville Pharmacies are the absolute worst!!! I called in one day and dialed in each script number to refill (5) and when I get up to pick them up, they had 2 of 5 I called in and 3 others I never ordered. Just went to Eatonton Pharmacy to pick up my one script (the daughter, the one writing this) and ask did my mom have any there and the young lady said no. So we go to Milledgeville CVS Pharmacy to pick up her meds and they had 2 for pick up, only 1 that was needed and the main one she said is at Eatonton CVS . I absolutely hate dealing with CVS pharmacies, if mine (the daughter) wasn't filled by mail order I would just not use my prescription part of my insurance and use a pharmacy I can count on. I don't really have anything good to say, the staff at both are nice, when you expect to be in and out and spend 30mins to an hour waiting on medicine when you got a automated call saying you had medicine ready to pick up. If you just have to fill with CVS hopefully you can set up mail order because having to pick up at either of these pharmacies is horrible and will certainly try your Patience!!!!

Normally a good place but my last visit was marred by the pharmacist filling prescriptions without a mask or gloves. Signage everywhere to wear masks but apparently this woman felt it was not needed to handle the raw drugs. She wore a mask to speak to people but worked unmasked and ungloved opening and dispensing medications. City and County both have mask ordinances.

This place sux. They don't have anything in stock, and you WILL wait... and wait... and wait some more... Extremely understaffed! I have dropped scripts off and come back days later and they still won't have it filled, not because it's out of stock, but they just never got around to it! HAH

THE SLOWEST CVS I have ever been to. Expect to wait at least 30min at the counter and/or pharmacy. They are continuously understaffed and never have medications ready by the time promised. I'm usually a huge fan of CVS but this one makes me consider changing pharmacies every time I visit.

Since CVS is closer to my Apartment than their competitor, I stopped here to get my Flu Shot. When I walked up to the Pharmacy counter, I was waited on immediately. I told the CSR that I was there for a Flu shot, and I gave her the pertinent information. Well, after taking it all down, she went around the corner. Several seconds later, she came back and told me that they were out of the regular Flu vaccine :-o , and only had the 65+ vaccine. And, she had no idea when they would get more in. Tbh, I was shocked. And, the only reason why I give 2 Stars is because the tech was very nice, and apologetic about being out of it.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I've ever had with filling prescriptions. I took a prescription to the pharmacy and they told me it would be two hours to fill two medicines. So I was like okay I'll wait. I come back two hours later and they say that they need 20-40 more minutes before they can have it ready. I was a little pissed off at this point. Then I come back the next day, hoping they have my prescriptions filled and they hand me one of the two. No explanation as to why I only got one prescription, nothing. So I walk back inside and they tell me it's because the doctor needs to authorize it when I gave them a paper prescription with the doctors signature on the prescription. How else are they supposed to authorize it?? I'm so mad that I can't even get my medication to stop puking everywhere because of this stupid pharmacy. I will never use them again and I hope no one else does.
