I gave the 1 star for the kind ladies who work the front desk and their courteous and kind customer service...This store seems woefully understaffed. I had a problem with a prescription recently and I tried to call the store to clarify an issue and no one picked up the phone and I was waiting on the line 45 minutes...I was forced to call the 800# and they took information and they also tried unsuccessfully get someone on the phone at the store...So, I guess they left a voice mail for the Pharmacist to call me directly and when he did, the next day, he gave me what for...He was so angry and yelling on the phone and asked me "Why were you complaining?" in a loud angry tone. I told him I wasnt complaining and that I couldn't reach them on the phone and I had no choice but to call the 800#.. maybe he is stressed out and overworked. Bless his heart...

Worst pharmacy ever. Not only are they incompetent in filling medications, the staff in the pharmacy are EXTREMELY rude! Requested refill online at 10am, went at 3pm and they said “another 2 hrs”, went back 2 days later and was told “no meds ready or anything showing on profile” Look up medication in app and it says “refilled cancelled, call if you still need it”. Will never go back here. Just transferred all scripts to Kroger!

I wish I could change pharmacys they never have medicine ready you can ask for medicine you need they will give any medication they gave ready and don't tell you what you need is not ready I have got where I check before I leave to make sure I get what I ask for they need to train there staff better

If you don’t want to wait 1 hour or more on medicine that’s already been filled, then try the other CVS or Walgreens.

YOU PEOPLE SUCK IN THE PHARMACY LONG LINES MEDICINE NEVER READY I CALLED MY DOCTOR TODAY AND GOT MY MEDS CALLED IN THEY STILL SAID MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS WAS ON HOLD THE MAIN ONE I NEED I HAVENT EVEN TOOK BUT IVE CALLED THE DOCTOR TWICE THEY NEVER CALL THE DOCTOR BUT AS OF TODAY IM MOVING MY MEDS TO ANOTHER PHARMACY BLOOD PRESSURE IS VERY SERIOUS AND SINCE YOU PEOPLE DONT CARE NEITHER DO I THANK YOU FOR YOUR SLOW SERVICE BUT NO THANK YOU

Great store. The pharmacy inside needs to do better. Last time I was in there, they were late opening at 2pm. They didn't open til 2:07pm.

I came in when my prescription was ready then sat and when we asked if we could just get it he said he needed to fill everyone’s first and we would have to wait. While waiting we listened to the phone ring and no one answer.

I have tolerated the CVS on Columbia in Milledgeville's incompetence because of their kind but overworked staff. Today I was on hold for ten minutes before they close for lunch and was hung up on. I called back after lunch and was spoken to in such a rude manner I was shocked. I tried to explain that when they put a prescription on hold it never gets checked back on. It also makes it so I'm unable to request a refill through the app. I was cut off part way through my description and hung up on. I was so frustrated that I decided to call the other CVS in Milledgeville and request that they now manage all my prescriptions even though they are further from my home. The prescriptions that were causing the original problems on hold have now been taken off hold so the new pharmacy can't help me until being put back on hold! The very nice person at the CVS on Wayne St. apologized that I would have to contact the other pharmacy again. He said it was best if I went in to the store so they couldn't ignore me. I explained that last time I went in the store I had to wait 1.5 hours for my prescriptions that I was notified by text that were ready. Stupid me tried calling again. On hold six minutes then was hung up on. Don't use this pharmacy!!!

Why have a phone if no one answers. I understand being short handed. Now I have to take off work then wait in line 30 -45 minutes. Also if they do there job correctly I wouldn't have to take off work. I think after all this the meds should be free. They really need to get there act together. This isn't 1 time it's every time. The worst place ever and they are extremely rude.

I gave this place one star for the ladies in the front row. I don't know who manages the pharmacy but all of can say is it's the worst place I've ever felt with for prescriptions. I would highly advice everyone to find another place. I waited on hold for 45 min and nobody answered. So I hung up. They are slow and very rude.

I was trying to reach someone at the pharmacy for three hours. Even someone at the front supposedly took my number to them in the back so they could call me. Nobody called me. Get here and they still want you to wait a hour while they take their time. If you don't want to work and be courteous stay home. If it was for me I wouldn't worry but it's for my nine year old. People really should do better

I waited 23 minutes for noone to pick up the phone at the pharmacy. I even waited in line while on hold listening to three people ignore " 6 pharmacy calls".According to the reviews, this is normal. So sad. Done... Using a different pharmacy.It only takes q feet seconds to answer a question. Thus world...?
