The people here will screw you over the first chance they get. Either by incompetence or sheer laziness. My girlfriend got the run around about picking up her rental car through insurance and they literally just lie over the phone about car availability and price. Her insurance had to contact them to get a straight answer. These people are corporate scum

I have tried multiple times this week to contact the Milledgeville location to confirm my reservation (made back in August) for 11/13, and I've held 15 minutes or more each call without anyone picking up. The phone will ring 2-3 times then it's like someone clicks it to 'hold' and never picks up. Not feeling good about this at all.

Definitely a benefit at the courtesy and professionalism found at this location. Being from NY, I expect a lot from a company who is very busy. Professionalism isn’t always present. But at this office, each time I’ve always found it. Although they get overwhelmed with calls and may not get to teach and every call, keep trying because it’s worth the wait.

Alexandra Norori at the Enterprise in Milledgeville, Ga was so welcoming when I arrived. I came on my break at work, so she was able to quickly get me checked in and in a vehicle fast. I love her sense of humor! She made renting a vehicle hassle free!Arif Haroon inspected the vehicle that I rented and I love that he was so knowledgeable about all of the extras that could be added to my rental including the refueling and insurance options. He’s so nice and respectful!Thank you!

I really liked dealing with the young ladies at this location. They all were very helpful even when it got really busy and they were out of cars . They kept it together and a flood of cars came in. They got them checked back , inspected , cleaned and checked right out. Great job ladies.Its would be great if this location had more cars. Because they get flooded with customers. Where people are waiting for cars to be retuned. This may be a small location but they definitely run like a big location for sure.

This is not good rental place to rent a vehicle from because the wait time is too long, the vehicles could be better and seems like they don't have enough in and seenLike they give customers anything they have in.This is not acceptable for rental car business as much as they charge. I feel Enterprise Rental can do better. This is why I gave this rating because my husband second time renting and we both are disappointed on how our situation went in getting a vehicle even when we rented a head of time. I know others have experience this same situation but will not speak up. However it's your money that you throw away without the service you need in your area. Case close

Would be ZERO star but can’t. Reserved a vehicle on 8/14 for pick up on 8/31 at noon. We had to wait for almost 3 HOURS. The reason they gave was that they only only had one person to clean the car. Remember that I made the reservation on 8/14. When I got the vehicle, the windshield and back glass was not clean. The cleaning on the inside was poorly done. SO, if you use this facility, bring a meal because it will take a long time.

I changed my reservation time online, but I don't think it saved for the Milledgeville location. When I arrived to pick up the car, thinking the time was accurate, the young lady at the counter wasn't understanding or helpful -- even when I asked if my reservation would transfer to a different Enterprise location. Oddly enough, when I walked in, she was on the phone explaining how they didn't have any cars that had been returned, which might explain why she wasn't helpful because they didn't have any cars anyway. I ended up having to go to the Dublin location for a car. Not only was the rental $200 cheaper, but they were friendly and efficient when I picked up the car and returned. Long story short, as an Enterprise Plus customer, I will never reserve a vehicle from the Milledgeville location again. Also, why was there such a price disparity for locations that are less than 45 minutes apart?

Friendly staff, I had a few minor issues with my rental, and they made sure that I was throughly satisfied before I left upon returning the rental. Awesome customer service!!! I’m a regular and will continue to be!
