I was hearing so many horror stories about the difficulties retirees were having getting mortgages. When I went to my bank, Exchange Bank, i am happy to report that they were wonderful: no games, no waiting, no intimidation, just awesome hometown service and attention. They held my hand through the whole process and were always available for questions. I can highly and enthusiastically recommend them for all banking services including mortgages.

EXCHANGE BANK has been of great service to me... The was a time when I didn't know what to do or where to turn ,I went to the bank and talked with them and the were very responsive to me and helped me solve my problems. So now when there are things I need advice on I turn to my bank.

I moved away almost 2 years ago to the North Georgia mountains area but I didn't want to change my bank because I've been with Exchange Bank since I was a teenager. This morning I had an issue that most people would have had to physically go into the branch to handle. I made only 2 phone calls and my situation was resolved. Jasmine Hurst at the Lake Sinclair branch was the first to review my issues and concerns. She insured me that she will get this issue over to the proper department to handle. Within 1 hour Amber Evans called me and before we even start talking about my issue she think me for being a loyal customer for so many years. That made me feel great that she looked over my account before we even start addressing the issue. She was able to fix the error and insured me if I needed anything else she was only a phone call away. With me being 3 hours away that made me feel great that I didn't have to drive down to Milledgeville. I know now why I'm a lifetime member at Exchange Bank.
