I'm sorry to say but I really couldn't understand the girl and that made the experience uncomfortable. But my package got where it belonged safe and in good shape.

Always come to door or leave on steps. We have a long skinny drive and they never get on grass or driveway. Pleased with all our friendly, helpful drivers.
