It's unfortunate that one star is the least possible star to give. Terrible experience from beginning to end with these guys. No structure, terrible communication, and poor management. Shame on me for referring someone here to get the "referral bonus" I NEVER got even though I and the person I referred reminded them 5+ times. I called up there to check on my warranties because I got a flat & I had bumper to bumper upon deal signing and now all of a sudden to my surprise and NEW news to me is that "I came up there and signed to have it canceled" when I NEVER stepped foot back in there after the fact to do any sort of thing. It's always EXCUSES. I have never seen a dealership with so many excuses, a poor mentality, and the MOST uneducated people EVER. I would say do better but that's not possible.

I had my car in the shop because all of my blinkers quit working suddenly. I had checked my fuses and they were all good. Brought the car in and was told that they would need to charge me for two hours of labor to find the electrical problem and that would be $400. $200/hr for a professional to check my car out. When I went to pick it up, it was $500+. $70 extra charge to pay for the service department's tools. I was told that was what that additional $70 was for. At $200/hr I would assume that would include the professional's tools. I do not plan to ever use Toyota again and would never buy a car from them. Very unhappy with the price. My car needed a $47 new relay switch. What a rip off.

My mom was charged $189 to mount and balance two tires on a Subaru and take off two wheel locks. Then they added $42 to use their tools to do the above.Absolute highway robbery for the above.

The sales manager was very unprofessional and nasty to me and I don't take my car there anymore because of him . Every time I go to this car dealership he has a unpleasant attitude.

If there was a way to do 0 stars I would. The people working on my car were rude and I had a very, very over priced check up on my car. They legitimately over price every single thing they did to my car. If I had to choose between going back there and stubbing my toe every time I walk through a door. I would choose the latter. I would rather use 1/2 ply toilet paper where my finger would literally go into my butthole every time I wiped than come back. I would rather have rotten eggs throw at me and not shower after. Probably won't come back thanks.

Don't pay more than $70 for a Doc Fee.Common sales tactic is to pad their price with unnecessary fees, such as a Doc Fee of $699. On 10 Apr 2021, I offered them what was a fair price based on KBB on a used 2012 RAV4, and instead of just telling me "No thanks," they wasted my time by trying to haggle with me over their fees. After three rounds of Jeremy going into the back and making it seem like he was doing something, he came back and said, "You win. You played a good game." As though I was there to play a game. They never even budged on their price. All they did was remove the stupid taxes- I mean unnecessary fees. They must sucker a lot of people into paying those unnecessary fees by telling people "they are standard," and "can't be changed." Hopefully you won't be one of those suckers.
