Today is the worst experience I had with Kroger pharmacy. When I called for my (minor) daughter’s refill prescription medication and at first they put me on hold for about 3mins then when I was about to talk to a live person they hang up the phone on me. I called the second time and they just leave the phone on for a while until I heard only rings & kept on ringing and nobody is picking up. The third time I called the same thing happened on the first, that they put me on hold and when I was about to talk to a live person they hung up again the phone on me. They don’t deserve even a single star from me but since I cannot post my review, I don’t have any other choice. Horrible!

It would be nice to let customers know you are closing early. You know, post a sign ahead of time, not have some idiot rudely just sit out front and tell customers as they walk up. Also, clean or rearrange or whatever when the store when it's closed. What a concept.

I just want to give a shout out today to one of the pharmacy technicians named Ben. My six month old grandson had major surgery today and when the doctor called with the prescription, the computer indicated the medication was out of stock. Knowing that the parents were very upset, Ben went above and beyond to double check, and make sure that the medication was not in stock… And found that, in fact, it was. So I just want to say thanks for having the ultimate customer service!

The person sending my prescription had entered my birthday wrong. I called numerous times only to be told they did not have one. Once we figured out the problem I was able to get my prescription. Thanks to Blake for his patience and professionalism with all my numerous calls. Thank you. I also had a prescription sent to the wrong Kroger and the pharmacist personally took care of it. I know it’s busy and stressful so thank you all.

I had an issue where the prescription sent did not have my accurate birthday. I kept calling and the were unable to find my prescription. Blake was very patient and professional even though I called numerous times until we figured out the problem. One other time the prescription was sent to the wrong Kroger and the pharmacist herself straightened it out for me. Thank you everyone. I know you are very busy but thank you for taking the time.

The employee working the Deli today (Ashley) deserves a praise AND raise. I have been to so many sandwich shops and I've never had one so beautifully made. Even the fresh veggies and condiments I asked for on the side were neatly sliced and packaged. The customer service here is immaculate!

The pharmacists are some of the nicest pharmacists ive ever talked to. They are always so sweet and helped me so much with figuring out my accutane and discounts. They may not be the fastest, but they care. Kroger rules!!

I've had my "in progress" prescriptions just drop off the face of the planet 3 times, with zero notice or contact of any kind. Good thing I don't need to take that medication every day to avoid possible seizure or anything important like that.

I have had prescriptions filled here for years. I dont know what has happened. I have been waiting for my prescription and have been run around and been there three times to pick it up to find its not ready. The first time, the automated system said it would be ready Monday. I was told on arrival that they were out, and it would be Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday to be told it would arrive later in the afternoon. Waited until Wednesday morning to be told the same thing. I will collect all pending prescriptions and find a more reliable pharmacy. I am very understanding of human errors and shipping complications, but this is unacceptable for any business.

I waited in pharmacy line for ages to double check prescriptions for my two sick daughters before I came back to pick them up when they were done. Was a bit of work for the pharmacist but she finally found them and assured me they would both be ready no issue in 30mins. I return an hour later, waited in line for 40 minutes, to be denied by a new person working the window that I had to come inside and fill out a new profile for her to pick up medicine. I was already running late for work and wasted so much time when I could have had that handled 5 times over. They are always all over the place and scattered. Now I have to cancel prescriptions and send them to an actual Reputable pharmacy that knows how to get it right the first time. As aggravated as I feel I’m thankful I learned my lesson what was I thinking trusting a grocery store to handle something so important.
