I recently had the pleasure of working with Liberty Tax's customer service team and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. From the moment I reached out for assistance, I was met with a friendly and knowledgeable representative who was more than willing to assist me in any way possible. The customer service representative took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and provided me with detailed and comprehensive answers. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which is unfortunately all too common in many customer service interactions. Not only was the representative patient and kind, but they were also incredibly efficient. My issue was resolved in a timely manner, and I was kept informed every step of the way.Overall, I have to say that I was blown away by the level of customer service provided by Liberty Tax. The representative I worked with was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, and I truly appreciate the excellent service I received. If you're in need of tax assistance, I highly recommend Liberty Tax and their amazing customer service team!

I filed my 2018 and 2019 taxes here. I got married in September of 2018. My husband and I were told by the tax specialist that we could not file as married because we had not been married long enough. I took this at face value because I figured she would know since she is supposed to be the "professional." Mid-2020 I decided I wanted to go back to school to pursue a degree. I tried to apply to FAFSA and after dealing with headache after headache between FAFSA and the school's financial aid office, I was informed that I needed to have my taxes amended as my husband and I were supposed to have filed as married - joint, not single. A quick Google search showed that yes, the IRS considers you married for the year; even if I got married on December 31, 2018, I would still file as married for the 2018 tax year. Even though it is a minor inconvenience, it's worrisome in that it's something that as a specialist, she should have known. When my husband and I went to file our 2019 taxes, we dealt with the same tax specialist. She had a pretty terrible attitude. We had to bring our son with us as we didn't have childcare. She made a comment about how our son was going to be on the tv show "My 600 lb Life" when he got older because of how big he is. My son was four months old.

Very reliable because I can call their customer service phone number, 478ASAPNOW, to schedule an appointment at my convenience. It avoids the extra time waiting in line too.

I will never use this tax service again. They scammed me, AND totally messed up my tax return. Now, I can't get anyone on the phone to talk to them about fixing what they screwed up. Ride by, NEVER open. I wouldn't even give them the one Star, but I had to pick atleast one to be able to give a review. Highly NOT recommended!
