The girl working tonight obviously cares more about helping this one lady pick out shoes than checking out people who are trying to buy something at the register. A customer can look for their own shoes while you do your job and help people who are trying to buy something.

If I had the option today to choose no stars I would’ve. By far this has been the most rude experience that I experienced at rack room. Very rude manager that’s working today.
