So tired of the rude behavior...And they not above misrepresenting facts if they can embarrass customers.My family and I have been customers of the bank they bought for 50 or 60 years.We've never paid a bill less than perfect.Never bounced a check. We have patronized their business like family.Their latest example of bad behavior, today they would not let me deposit a check into an account. ( Not cash a check, deposit a check). Fortunately there are other banks.(Eventually they did but had embarrass me first)They absolutely don't care about their customers and don't care about losing them.

I've been using Robin for almost a year now. It is convenient that on October 4th they decide to hold my paycheck and then when I express my concerns about the issue, they transferred me to two different people. And then tell me that they're sorry I feel that way. Completely unprofessional. I was not rude nor was I cussing . Just expressing my concerns for my money . To be honest with you after I get my deposit if they even release them. I will be switching to a different bank.

This location is actually the worst. You couldn’t get help here any time of the day anywhere. 4 offices are open, 3 of the clerks are sitting in silence as a line of 10+ waits. Just about ready to change banks. Robins has lost their touch completely. Not the same community bank anymore. This place sucks now

Back when I bought my Used/New (or is it, New/Used? A 2020 Chevy Bolt), the financing that was first offered was a bit higher (about $60.00/mo) than what RFCU gave me. But, what was surprising, was that as a former DoD civilian, I was able to get a loan from them. Being the first business day after a long weekend, the place was quite crowded (3 people at Windows (+1 at the Drive-Thru), 1 person ahead of me, and 5 people behind me. Plus, 2 more as I was leaving). Luckily, they have sufficient parking. But, as many other businesses in Millegeville, the entrance isn't on the main street. Luckily, things went pretty smoothly, and I was able to pay off the car loan. And, was out in less than 5 minutes. The clerk was friendly, but reserved. And, I didn't interact with anyone else. So, can't say if this is the norm. Or, it's just the way the guy is. However, none of the staff was wearing masks. And, besides myself, I saw only 2 other customers who were wearing masks.

My experience is usually great but today 02/12/2021 was not so good. The customer service was extremely unprofessional considering the fact that two out of three of the front end clerks did not want to serve me and I recieved abonoxious looks and hair flips. Very disrespectful but I can honestly say I handled it a lot better than the old me would have. Please do better staff and don't forget your morning coffee next time.

Im in the process of relocating to Georgia from the New England States and I need a Credit Union that can process Shared Branch transactions with my New England State Credit Union. I made the mistake of going to the "other" credit union in town and although they can process Shared Account Transactions,they offer very little else. Today I visited Robbins and received service with a smile AND I observed that their institution had loan officers on site rather that the "telephone call to Macon without meeting face to face. I'm going back tomorrow to open Checking, Savings and other accounts in a manner that I have become accustomed to in another first rate credit union in New England. Thank you Robbins for restoring my faith in full service with a friendly smile. You have earned my business and I look forward to establishing a long term relationship with your location! Thanks for those friendly people who helped me today! See you tomorrow!

Robins Financial Credit Union is wonderful. Brenda Thompson is a friendly and efficient employee. She assisted my son in high school to open a checking account and later a prestige account. He has graduated college and paid off his student loans in a year. Thanks to his saving. My husband's debit card was used by someone else. Thanks to Robins, it was stopped. Brenda also helped me to link account from Milledgeville to Long Beach, California. She also has checked on numerous items for me. Thanks Brenda!!!
