Steve was great. I called for a quote on home owners insurance after hours and he promptly returned my call with a quote the next day. He spent the time to look at my car insurance while he had me on the line and laid out how much I could save with a home/auto bundle. He never pressured me into purchasing anything. He simply laid out facts based on my current plan with my previous insurer. He gave me the time I needed to verify the information he gave me and when I was ready to move forward he laid out all of the next steps in detail and told me to call him at any time if I had questions or concerns. Overall, he made the process extremely painless and earned my trust pretty quickly. I’ve already referred him to a few family members.

I literally walked off the street to meet Steven to discuss home and vehicle insurance. I found him to be genuine and helpful. No empty promises that is often the case for someone trying to sell a policy. He was also very responsive. Quotes within minutes. After spending time with him and having detailed discussions he now provides both home and vehicle insurance for me and my family. I give him my highest recommendation!

The staff agency from corporate to representative are awesome!!!! They research and report accurately with no hidden fees and if you have questions they get the answer. Different from other insurance agencies in being your not just a number but get personalized service. I thank God for the honesty and seamless process, this company performs above measure.
