“Just had my 3rd service repair at Terry's Auto Clinic and apparently the charmer! Lol Had an alternator replacement, then wiper assembly replacement then today a bigger one, heater core replaced. Not much of a waiting room but if dropping off car, no problem. Kevin is very nice, they have great parts prices and labor very reasonable. I only looked up heater core info afterwards and Super glad got an OLD car, van! The prices on heater cores then labor were up to THREE TIMES what I paid! Super good too was turn around! Highly recommend but only more business if they get the help - calling good mechanics! - lol”

“Mavis Tires & Brakes is a great place to get tires. They offer very affordable prices. I scheduled an appt over the phone, my tires were ordered and arrived the next day. When I arrived at my appointment time, my car was promptly pulled in and the work was started immediately. The waiting area was nice, clean and comfy. Service was fast and only took about 45 minutes. I will definitely use them again for my tire and brake needs.”

“I've got to give a personal shout out to Jason and Ron who have expertly, quickly, and efficiently helped me get a 12 by 24 shed from a freinds house to mine. Flawlessly done and safely as well. If I need them, will happily call again.”

“Originally they only had 3 of the 4 tires I needed and told me to come back the next day they would have the 4th tire. When I came back the tire did not come in and since I couldn't come back the next day he changed out my tires and gave me 4 new tires, better tires, no additional charge. God Bless you.”

“I have been to almost every tire place in Milledgeville and Ivy's tire is the only place I'd recommend. I normally get nervous going to mechanics but they are so kind and welcoming! Don't even bother going anywhere else honestly haha.”

“Had an issue with my Silverado shutting off at idle. After having my truck towed to Coleman Tire, Raymond called me immediately and told that although they were extremely busy, he'd personally take care of it ASAHP. Around 5:15pm that day, Rey called me back and said he was coming to pick me up so he could show me the issue while he worked on it and educate me on how I could possibly remedy the issue in the future should it ever happen again. We drove to Coleman, he confirmed the issue with the code scanning tool. He actually drove me to the auto parts store to get the parts. He communicated with the attendant and told him exactlywhatvwe needed (thankfully because I possess almost zero knowledge of truck repairs). Rey then repaired the broken Part by installing the new parts. Truck then ran perfectly after confirming the repair with the code scanning device. Problem completely solved and he didn't even charge me a dime, but I made him take $100 for his time and efforts. Great guy, amazing service - no other human would have put forth as much effort AFTER business hours on a FRIDAY. I woukd certainly recommend Coleman Tire to ANYONE and EVERYONE.”

“I had to take my 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier EV in for a tire rotation, and, due to a recently rapid ticking sound from under the hood. I got here about 20 minutes before my 09:00 appointment. But, no problem. However, at about 10:20, my Service Advisor came to tell me, Despite the tech hearing the ticking (yay!), the Diagnostics Check revealed nada (boo!). And, the tech has zero experience with this issue (being an EV doesn't help). Luckily, the Service Department is "connected" with other Chevy Service Department Techs, and he was able to input the problem, and wait for a response. Now, this is a Good News/Bad News situation. The response could be received in 5 minutes. :-) Or, it could be 5 hours. :-( I decided to wait around for a little while to see how it played out. Fortunately for me, the response, Need to reprogram the Brake Booster Cont ROL Module, came in pretty quickly. So, I was out if there by 11:00. Now, my main reason for only a 4 Star rating is because the dealership no longer has a Courtesy Shuttle. So, one must either Wait (as I did), have a ride (which I didn't), or take a Taxi. :-( (I'm not sure, but I think COVID is the cause of this). And, speaking of that nasty COVID, from what I saw not one employee (7) there wore a facemask. Nor, when I walked into the Customer Waiting Area, were the 2 customers wearing one. However, 3 of the 4 customers who came in after me, were wearing masks.”
