“This location is excellent; the owner is the sweetest most lovely woman who does everything she can for her customer to have a good experience.
To other customers: if you run into issues with self guided pickup, call the office number on the building door BEFORE you call the corporate number the app tells you to call. We had a pickup scheduled before their regular office hours and the app told us we had to call corporate. Corporate told us there was an issue with the system and we’d have to come back at 9am when the office was open. They changed our reservation for us and tried to be helpful, but when we came back at 9 the vendor told us she’d gotten there early to help us since it’s apparently a recurring system problem. She was very helpful and kind, but we lost an hour of her time and ours because we assumed she wasn’t there yet.

To Uhaul: if there are specifics to a location, consider posting location notes in an email for reservations with certain key triggers like pickup outside office hours or certain equipment factors. It may make customer and vendor experiences easier.

To the owner: if you read these, thank you so much for all your help and kindness! You’re the sweetest, and our weekend move in extreme heat was so much easier because of you. We had scheduled a self guided process but we were honestly so happy we got to meet you. Thank you for answering my many questions, accommodating some extra reservation time you didn’t have to, and for caring so much about your customers’ experience.”
