Representative couldn’t complete one basic job of sending an envelope with a return label.Printed wrong label several times then couldn’t print me a receipt with tracking number on it.I am now concerned if I will get my passport back from visa center.

Please post your “holiday hours” online. If I’m gonna take the time to look you up online to see if if you’re open, then you should take the time to post your “holiday hours” online. I’m already upset because the $450 table that was delivered by UPS that was already damaged to hell and back so I take the time to bring the package to the store to return and you’re not even open. You were only open from 10am to 12pm on November 26, due to a “holiday” And I have to travel 30 minutes to find that out.

This location is ridiculous. Only 1 employee can laminate, even though there are 3 employees working. So I had to return 3 days later. Then they charge $5 to forward an email of a return label, then $.55 to print it. Then wanted to charge $1.65 to use their tape to close the box. Office depot is less than a mile away and charges $2.50 to receive your email and print it! Even UPS in the city of Atlanta doesn't charge you this much for simple tasks. They definitely need new management.

Highly recommend shipping your packages from other UPS locations or other shipping services due to lack of professionalism and respect/care for a customer’s items. I approached the counter with my already packaged and sealed cardboard box with contents firmly held in place using packing tape and bubble wrap. In effort to prevent any damage to the contents of my package, I had written “fragile” and “this side up” around the box. I understand that freak accidents (boxes tumbling over) happen during transportation to the destination. However, an employee at this location, firmly implied that writing “fragile” on a box basically gave others (other UPS employees) the go-ahead to “toss, throw” my package around. Essentially, he implied to me not once, but at least 2-3 times that my package would not arrive in one piece and would somehow arrive damaged. When I asked him why he was bringing this up, he proceeded to ask me “how important are the contents to you?”. This was incredibly insensitive. As a company representative, I would expect an employee to be respectful and display confidence in their ability to get a package to its destination. Ultimately, I chose not to ship my package with this location given this interaction. Normally, I do not write reviews, but it was truly unbelievable how it all went down. It was supposed to be a quick drop-off and print of a shipping label, but turned into a lengthy explanation of how I shouldn’t have high expectations.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR FINGER PRINTING!!! They had 1 staff member when I walked in and the store was packed. The 1 staff member was sending all those to be finger printed to stand by the door and wait. He was only serving those who had packages. Another staff member finally showed up half an hour later. She came in and began serving those with packages as well. Finally she was directed by the other staff member, Kirk, to come over to do the finger printing. when it was my turn she entered my information in the system and walked off leaving me to follow the prompts on the screen (same as she did every costumer before me), despite the notification that it is unlawful for costumers to do finger the printing themselves. So that is the first unlawful act. It took forever because the machine would not read my finger prints. I finally got it all done and I had to wait for the staff member to come back over to sign and verify that everything was clear and correct. She forged Kirk's signature, Unlawful act number 2. She told me everything was fine and I was done. The next day I get a call from the facility that required the finger printing, for a job,..... the FBI told them my finger prints were not legible. The human resources lady says in all her years of doing finger printing she has never heard this. I told her what the staff member was doing and she hit the roof. Apparently your staff member is not only supposed to be present during a finger printing, but is also supposed to press and roll the costumers fingers so that the prints are dark and legible. So thank you, UPS, for my missed work opportunity due to your unlawful and incompetent staff.

I want to thank the team at the Milledgeville UPS store for their consistent help and great customer service. I see so many individuals getting upset when they have to wait, but honestly I don’t know how they do it!!! With so many now ordering from Amazon and returning items constantly it’s amazing they have time for the customers who need help shipping packages for business and to family and friends. I have gone and needed help getting a box to ship items to my 93 and 98 year old parents and people would get antsy because they felt I was needing too much assistance. Mr. Kirk and the team always try to give everyone help with a smile!!! Thank you…and to everyone else, please show patience, you too might need help someday that takes more than a couple of minutes!

I literally was charged $1.00 for a piece of tape while Amazon saids I can take my stuff unpacked. They are thieves and it brings concern to me as they fix rhe situation. this lady does not know the rules or is a plain out thief. I called Amazon Nd

This is the worst UPS Store I've ever been to. Only go here if you're ok with waiting till the second coming to get help, and with being ripped off.1) To email a UPS label to the store and have it printed, they charge $4.35. I kid you not. Other UPS Stores charge $2. This one wants to charge almost $5 to print their own label you've already purchased to a low income community.2) Expect to be quoted about $50 to cut a shipper box to size and put your item in the box. I KID YOU NOT. Other Stores will charge $9-$15 depending on box and if you want the item wrapped before going in there. Not this store, oh no. They charge the price of shipping itself for help getting an item in a shipping box.So, this being the ONLY UPS Store in Milledgeville, GA, only go here if you must. Smfh.

Capt.Kirk runs the place and all the people are mega helpful. Beats having to go downtown and deal with parking. Excellent service!!!
